The NBCP Gear Shifter is a great replacement shifter that works seamlessly with my G29 setup. It does the job well, especially for an entry-level shifter, and gives a solid feel during gameplay. The six-speed H-pattern is responsive, and the push-down reverse feature is a nice touch. However, the H-shifter tabs are plastic, and I do wonder how durable they'll be with extended use. Overall, it’s a solid choice for the price, though time will tell on the longevity of the plastic components.
I have been looking for a case like this for a long Time
TLDR version: The game is currently unplayable for me on the PS4. The latest patch (1.04) broke it completely. I can't progress after beating the final boss (the next difficulty does not open), and there is now a bug that breaks your character, preventing you from ever adding any more skill points to your skill trees. Lots of other bugs (listed below). If I could give this 0 stars, I would. Videos in the comments section. -------------------------- Detailed review below -------------------------- Absolutely terrible. What was once a great game on the PC has been reduced to a bug riddled, dismal mess. If you are hankering for an ARPG, get the excellent Diablo 3 or Victor Vran instead. As a bonus, both of these games have couch co-op, where as the console version of Titan Quest does not. Playing through this, I constantly kept thinking two things. 1. How could this even get released in such a broken, virtually unplayable state? 2. Was this product ever tested? Titan Quest is very, very buggy. It has many game breaking problems, control issues, and terrible UI scaling on big screen TV's. To make matters worse, the horribad (I am making up a word to describe how truly awful it is) targeting makes combat incredibly frustrating. On more than one occasion I died because my target switched or I could not hit what I needed to. Combined with loot disappearing (falling through the ground), and the two biggest principles of what makes an ARPG fun are simply absent. The excellent Ragnarök expansion pack is also not included in this $30 re-release. I can only assume it will come at a later time and cost an extra $20. This is one of the worst ports I have ever played, and I played Arkham Knight at launch. I really wish akiya-switch.com allowed us to give 0 stars, because this buggy, unpolished title deserves no more. These are just some of the issues I encountered while trying to play this mess: - Many (60+) crashes back to PS4 menu, and one game breaking, character wiping, PS4 damaging freeze* (captured on video, more info below). - Auto saving fails. - Manual save game fails. - Items in my stash disappearing. - Constantly getting stuck on objects/pets/whatever, or falling through the floor. Check my screenshots. - Quests failing to complete. - Difficulty randomly resets. - Loot disappears (this includes quest items). - Choppy/unresponsive controls, especially when picking up items. - Texture issues (pop in, failing to load, etc). - Main quest got bugged after I played online. This is literally a game breaking issue. - Certain skills just don't work. Healing is broken, as is the AI of most of the summons. Lots of skills end their effects prematurely, etc. - Many UI issues (tells me I have 4 pets active, while I only see 3, tiny text, etc). - Online multiplayer plagued with crashing and other problems. - Artifact NPC's refuse to build the artifact even if you have all the ingredients. - Words can't describe all the targeting issues this game has. This makes combat a chore. Maybe in a few months the game will get enough patches to make it a worthwhile experience, and the developers did promise local co-op, but as of now, STAY AWAY from this mess. * UPDATE regarding the freeze/crash I captured on video. Usually when the game crashes, it ejects you back to the PS4 menu. This time, it did not. As you can see from the video, it just froze. I could not move, go back to the PS4 menu, or even power down/restart my console. I tried ejecting the disc, but nothing would work. In the end, I had to unplug my PS4 as it was just stuck on that screen, seemingly forever frozen. Upon booting the console back up it came on in Safe Mode. I have never seen this before, but it told me the console was not properly shut down, and ran a system storage check. After a few minutes, the PS4 booted back normally. I loaded up Titan Quest only to have my level 16 character missing. My second character was still there, but the one I was playing when the game froze - was now gone. He was not reset back to level 1, he was just not there. HOURS of progress gone. Black Forest Games and THQ should be ashamed at this abysmal port. I had much higher expectations from BFG, as Rogue Stormers is a good (if mindlessly fun) co-op shooter. I have also not encountered any major bugs while playing it. So how did Titan Quest, a 12+ year old game, get such a terrible port? The port has issues that the PC version never even had! I am still not sure how that happened. Patch day update - 6/27/2018 So today is the day of the big patch, which was supposed to solve a lot of the crashing and bugs the game had, as well as improve stability. Knowing about this, I took the day off to try and update this review. Suffice it to say, like everything else with this hot mess of a port, the patch itself is a failure. After downloading the 2.120 GB update, I ran into an interesting issue and message. It just told me that it could not install the game, and gave me an error code of CE-36434-0 (screenshot attached). I tried deleting and re-downloading the patch to encounter the same problem over and over. Contacting Sony support, I was told this is somewhat of a common issue today, and the fix is to re-initialize my PS4 console. Turns out the game really did damage my PS4 hard drive and I had to go through a lot of hassle to repair it. For those interested in the process, I will post the link in the comments below. It involves downloading a 992 MB file onto a flash drive and re-installing everything on your PS4. The whole ordeal took about 3 hours. Obviously everything will have to be re-downloaded as well, meaning this disaster has cost me days of lost time. Very disappointing and not at all how I wanted to spend my day off. In the end I was to re-download and apply this patch, but at what cost? To make matters worse, I loaded up my old game only to find out that my level 64 character had a full experience bar (this was not the case when I played him last). Upon killing an enemy, I jumped to 71, skipping the achievement for getting a character to level 65. So I decided to start a new character to see if leveling has been made faster and the experience to level reduced. It looks like they put the Runes mastery into the game (from the Ragnarök expansion), but have not yet enabled it (it is showing, but not selectable). My guess is they are waiting to release and sell Ragnarök to have this feature enabled, even though it is already obviously in the game. After playing until about level 7, and not really noticing a decrease in the leveling curve, or any other improvements for that matter (except a better UI) - the game once again crashed on me. Next, I wanted to try out co-op. I asked my wife to play with me, and while we did have fun adventuring together, everything is done via split instead of shared screen (absolutely terrible design decision). Both of us could talk to different people, do different quests, and everything would overlap. This created some very frustrating moments where neither of us heard exactly what we needed to, and I would not suggest having your first play-through being a co-op one. Moreover, experience seems to stop being shared when you are too far away from each other (happens constantly because of the split screen co-op). So when the game finally crashed on us, my wife was level 4, and I was almost level 6. Even after this patch, I can not recommend Titan Quest to anyone. The game still seems to be a hot mess, and BFG/THQ learned nothing about fixing what really matters. The combat is still clunky, the targeting is still horrible, and the game is still crashing. Patch day update 2 - after my wife and I crashed our co-op session, the game will no longer start and gives us the error code CE-34878-0 (see screenshots). Looks like I will have to reinitialize our PS4 once again. This is beyond pathetic, and BFG/THQ should be extremely remorseful. I also loved getting items that literally say they require the expansion to use, so thank you for that. I know you want us to buy Ragnarök (when it comes out) so we can use the items we find, but please be a little less obvious. Realistically, it would go a long way if they rewarded those of us that had to put up with all this nonsense by giving us the expansion free of charge, as well as a unique item or two that shows we suffered through the first few patches. I can't think of anything else to make it right for the early adopters. Completely clean play through update - 7/9/2018 So I decided not to restore any of my save game files and try a clean play through of the game. I kept updates in the comments section, but will summarize them here as well. First of all, I love the new larger, cleaner UI. While still not perfect, it is infinitely better than the one we originally had. Second, there are a lot less crashes. I truly mean a lot. I took three characters to the final boss and only had a combined total of 14 crashes. This is a huge improvement over the constant crashing I was experiencing earlier. To be fair, the majority of those 14 were experienced in co-op mode (both online and local, although local is a LOT more stable). If you are careful in local co-op, and don't simultaneously try to talk to different NPC's, or run off in different directions like we were doing, I actually think it will be even less prone to crashing. Single player was almost entirely crash free, with only a few crashes back to the PS4 menu. I have also completed and managed to turn in every quest without issue (with multiple characters), this is another huge improvement over the many quest issues the game had at launch. Moreover, I have not had a single item drop through the ground for me. This is a massive accomplishment by the team at BFG. Considering I had quest items vanish for me pre-patch, this was a much needed fix. But this is where the positive things I encountered end. This patch introduced two massive game breaking bugs into the game. One is fairly early on, where a boat is supposed to take you to Egypt. The captain no longer allows you to do this, meaning you are forever stuck in the first act. The quick solution to this is to go online and hope someone can give you a portal that will let you bypass the issue. Otherwise, your only solution is to re-install the game once again, make a new character, and beat the first act boss. Rinse and repeat until the captain lets you take his ship to Egypt. Another, better alternative (if you don't mind a little spoiler), is to look up the first boss and save right before fighting it. Then restore the save if the captain does not allow you to progress. The second, and more severe game breaking bug is at the end of the game. After you beat the final boss, a portal opens that allows you to beat the game and move on to the higher difficulty level so you can collect better loot. This portal no longer opens. I tried to find a solution for this, and saw that a few players reported they were able to progress to the higher difficulty setting by exiting the game after beating the boss. This was not the case for me on my original newly minted character. I beat the boss many times over and could not move on to the new difficulty setting. However, in our co-op game, I was able to exit the game and have access to the new difficulty level while my wife (who was playing with me at the time) was not. Just an odd thing to happen, since everything is one one profile. A few notes on the couch co-op. I am changing my mind on this feature. Split screen actually works out somewhat well if you have a 3D TV. With the use of our dual play gaming glasses, each one of us gets their own screen. Some ghosting issues aside (especially with text) that is pretty phenomenal. Now I just wish that only one character could talk to an NPC at a time, as the overlapping voices of both talking to different NPC's is quite annoying. Finally, there is the matter of the shared experience points. I believe we finally figured it out. Not only do you have to hit the same target, you also have to be very close for both of you to get the experience. This becomes virtually impossible if one of you is using a pet build, or any powerful skills. Also, since the targeting has not been improved, hitting the same monster requires that one of you constantly stop everything, get out the cone targeting system, maneuver it just right, and finally fail to hit the now dead target. When things die so fast, having poor targeting get in the way of getting experience points just leads to further frustration and a lot less fun. I really wish they improve targeting and make experience shared as long as you are within a certain distance of each other. Yes, this is exactly the same system as on the PC, but where that has instant mouse targeting, the PS4 does not; and the game must adapt to accommodate this. All in all, this patch (with all the installation difficulties it brings) did a lot of good things for the game. Where as I wanted to give this 0 out of 5 stars, I am now bumping up my review to 1.5/5. Once again, I really wish akiya-switch.com would let us give half a star in its rating system. I have very high hopes for the next few patches. Hopefully the final boss portal issue is fixed immediately, but according to the developers, there is currently no ETA on a fix to this game breaking bug. In the meantime, you can try saving your game right before the final fight (look up when it happens if you don't mind spoilers), back the said save up, beat the boss, and restore everything/try again if you do not unlock the new difficulty level. Annoying, but certainly better than replaying the whole game again. Once the new game breaking issues introduced by the patch are fixed, I will update my review and give it a better score. If they can fix the abysmal targeting, skill bugs, and improve all the pet issues, I will even go as far as actually recommending this game. Having said that, as of now it is still pointless to purchase Titan Quest, but it is getting to the point of being comparable to a solid Early Release product - buggy, yet promising and still being worked on.
Excelente videojuego, funciona perfecto, pero eso sí, la versión que me entregaron es la del Medio Oriente, sin embargo funciona perfecto en cualquier Switch y trae todas las opciones de idioma.
Awesome, It's a very good controller, very comfortable and feels good quality, the buttons are very comfortable and I like that the L and R triggers are large (bigger than the ones on the joycons) the back buttons are simple to program and work very well, and I like that the controller protects the console and gives it a more solid look, I recommend this control, it's a great option, also the vibration is very good, it's nice to play
Llego el producto con esa condición.
I was hoping this would have been a true "universal" controller it it does not connect to Xbox. It connects to literally anything BUT Xbox. The feel of the controller is nice, it is light and has already been dropped several times and has not sustained any damage at all. The buttons, D Pad and Joysticks all feel great and smooth. Although during its first use the joysticks weren't working right. Apparently you have to calibrate the controller, which is annoying. KEEP THE INSTRUCTIONS!!! Pairing to different things requires a different combination of buttons to pair to it, which is mildly frustrating for me. Instead of having a simple "pair" button, it requires a specific button combo? The charging seems to be comparable to any other controller, so that's a bonus. This controller, unfortunately feels like a 50/50
Ordered this because Zelda, and am not disappointed in the slightest. The bag feels soft, and thin, but holds up fairly well. The zippers as well are very good quality and very robust for what theyre on. The main compartment holds a switch oled semi hard case perfectly, zipping shut to secure everything without issue every time. The front most pocket holds any regular size controller or even the adapter for the joycons with the joycons in it, with a little extra room to spare. The strap is decent, adjustable, and well fastened to the body of the bag. The convenience of having a bag to hold all the switch accessories, and the ease of a small bag, made this one of my favorite travel items now, without question! The pattern on the bag is vibrant and contrasts well with the flat and semi glossy finish of the bag itself, bringing that extra touch of Tears of the Kingdom to boot. The little games case with the triforce is just an awesome bonus. For its size, its surprisingly sturdy and does a great job at securing the games away safely, tucking away neatly in the bag for travel. For the price, and theme, I am pleased overall with this carrying bag. It does everything I want extremely well, and looks awesome as well!
So good that my cat ended up loving it, too. 5/5
I think this is an awesome value. You receive the essential accessories required for a new Nintendo Switch owner. The travel case is very sturdy, practical, and light in weight. The screen protector can be a little tricky to apply, but if you take your time it's not bad at all. The headphones aren't world-class, but they're comfortable and produce a quality sound for extended use on the Nintendo Switch. I was surprisingly pleased with them. The game cases are a nice touch as well. They'll offer good storage and protection for game cards. The USB-C cable seems to be of good quality, as far as a reliable cable goes. My only significant gripe is the the protective rubber case that covers the console. While it is of good quality and it has a highly comfortable feel in the hands, there is a slight defect that I find pretty annoying. The protective case bows out at the bottom of the console, right near the center (see images). This might not be a major issue for functionality, but it does affect the aesthetics (other reviewers have experienced this as well). When you spend money on a product, you expect 100% quality, and unfortunately Orzly misses the mark here. Some may find it minor, but Orzly doesn't accept a partial payment for their products, so why should the customer accept any compromise on quality (regardless of how marginal it may be)? The defective protective case led me to an overall 3-⭐ rating. I find it a nuisance to have a reminder of this defect every single time I use the console. If I had received a protective case free of defects, this would easily be upgradeable to a 5-⭐ review.
I had a King Kong 2, so when I replaced it I went with the King Kong 3. The left trigger broke within the first month. Sent back to akiya-switch.com for exchange and received a new one. Good customer experience with akiya-switch.com in this regard. Unfortunately I had now had 2 bad customer experiences with Gulikit as the right trigger broke within 2 months on the replacement controller (pictures of 2nd controller included).
Bought the game because I could add it to my collection and it was cheap. I have heard it was pretty challenging looking up reviews, and it is. Love that it included goodies and a little booklet. If you’re up for a challenge The End if Nigh is full of it. It can be a very frustrating game but these games is what makes it addicting!
I recently got my very own Nintendo Switch and this is the first game I wanted to buy physically. I hope to get the LiS Arcadia Bay Collection as well. Hopefully these photos will help anyone else out there who plans to order a physical copy of LiS True Colors!
Embarrassingly, I learned how to play arcade games during the early years of emulators using my keyboard. I never had access to hitboxes and the local arcade was too expensive for me to spend a lot of time at. As a consequence, I mastered the art of the button mashing and a joystick was a control that I never developed a muscle memory using. Sounds like other people might have had the same experience because I'm seeing these leverless controllers everywhere now. This is solidly built. Buttons feel so good that I fidget with it when it's not even plugged in. The see-through acrylic does blur the printing a bit, but I love the internal clear case aesthetic. It's TINY! and can fit in a non-woman-pants pocket if you really really tried. It's a perfect companion for a Steam Deck. The only possible complaint I could have is the lack of bluetooth or wireless, but I imagine the input lag would be a nightmare. The box includes a few replacement parts and a keycap (buttoncap?) puller. I'm also including photos of the manual as a reference because I'm pretty sure I already lost it.
I've been using the GuileKeys Leverless Controller Arcade Stick GK-21, and it has been a great experience. The OLED screen is a nice touch, and it worked flawlessly on my PC with Street Fighter 6. It also has compatibility modes for PS4 and Switch, making it a versatile option. The customization options are excellent, especially with the web server feature for tweaking settings. Pros: - OLED screen adds a premium touch - Works smoothly on PC, PS4, and Switch - Extensive customization options, including web server settings - Kailh switches provide a satisfying and confident key press Cons: - Might have a learning curve for those new to leverless controllers
