Came brand new in plastic, loaded to the switch with no issues and all DLCs auto load.
Absolutely amazing! I love VR, I love AR, but this is incredibly inventive and genuinely fun. I've been playing video games since the Magnavox Odyssey days and I could have never imagined anything like this. Camera works great, connection is easy (over local wifi via QR code) control is very responsive, tight and natural. Setting up the race track is a blast coming up with obstacles and new arrangements. I highly recommend this product to anyone who loves mario kart and track creation.
Bummed out! My daughter opened this on Christmas Day and there was NOTHING in it! Talk about heart broken! She really wanted this. Waiting for a refund or replacement.
This Zelda TOTK or tears of the kingdom Nintendo switch Joycon replacement controller is way sturdier than it looks at first glance. It shocked me how weighty it was which is a good thing because it feels like I could drop my Switch from high up and it would be fine. The lights are really cool and I especially like the breathing light function. There are 7 colors and I think the best one is the green one. The buttons are nice and clicky so they are easy to use and the whole thing is really comfortable to use even while charging since it charges in basically the same spot as normal. One issue I had with it was that it can be a bit finicky to connect to the switch itself since you need to slide the screen into the socket and you can't really tell it the USB-C port is too high or too low which is a shame because that's the only way to connect the controller to the switch as far as I know. Eventually I found a way to make it consistent and smooth but it wasn't perfect. Also the joysticks sometimes wouldn't register my movements on the main menu and it would take a few seconds before it would start working again Overall, I think it is a really great switch handheld controller since it is so sturdy and comfortable to use.
I got this for my 16 yr old niece. She LOVES it! Good quality.
Came unpackaged and the case was slightly damaged, if I wanted used I would have purchased it used
It was empty no game
This bag is JUST what I wanted! This thing holds it all. Everything that comes in the original Switch box and a bit more. The pictures don't do it enough justice, as they don't show that there is a zipper pouch in the back for more wires and even switch games if you wanted! The divider between the joy-grip and the hdmi wire is collapsible. Meaning you can combine the size of the two pockets for even LARGER objects like a AUKEY 30000 power bank AND Pro controller~! You can still stuff the Joy-grip in there, but it does bulge a bit. The HDMI and USB 3.0 cables can easily fit in the back of the bag's zipper. (See Picture, ignore the sticker decal)
The box was thankfully in English so it’s probably a US controller quality of packaging was great box was a bit beat up but it’s the controller that matters
I hate to say it, but Monster Rancher was always my favorite, especially EVO. Pokemon kinda ran them out of buisness, but I hold (very little) hard feelings over it. Good to see someone bringing all the greatness back into play. Thank you...
I was looking for a controller for my Apple TV because there are certain game apps that can only be played with a controller. Make sure to read the instructions before using. Be aware that the instructions may be a bit overcomplicating. When pairing, look for device called "Xbox Wireless Controller". Before that, make sure to select the correct platform you're pairing with by using the switch located in the back. The feel and build are pretty good. The design is nice and simple. To save on power consumption, I turned off the LED lights, which you would definitely need to use the instructions to do so. For a casual gamer, this fits the need.
I tend to shy away from a small controller. I don't have especially large hands but as I age I much prefer something with good ergonomics. Although this one is indeed very compact (see photo for comparison to others), it does work surprisingly well and without too much fatigue. Visual Style: I think the look is great. Honestly, that is the main reason I picked it up. Very cool aesthetic overall. Even the glowing status buttons below kind of look like they are part of the motif. Build Quality: Very good. The metal back is sturdy and feels nice to hold in the way that it is geometrically rounded outward. The buttons themselves have a good response not dissimilar to a switch joycon. The joysticks are reminiscent as well, with a good amount of travel without being too slim. The big variance is that both shoulder buttons are mounted inline. This might be a bit cumbersome depending on the game, but in my experience I was able to navigate this change in orientation without much issue. Rumble Grumble: I don't care for tiny rumbles in controllers and this one isn't much different. It works in that it makes a buzz when prompted but doesn't communicate much nuance. I was not unable to get the settings to adjust according to the manual (should be 4 levels) so it felt pretty harsh. If I could tone it down (maybe a firmware issue?) that might solve the issue for me. Truth be told, on a controller like this, I would just as soon turn it off altogether. Connectivity: This works well across the board. I have used it with an iPhone, iPad, AppleTV, FireTV, PC, Switch, and a Steam Deck. Suffice to say, it works as intended on all devices with the exception of rumble not functioning on the IOS devices for some reason. The pairing process is easy enough just make sure to properly press the right combination of the pairing button, and the face button. The instructions do a good job of detailing how to appropriate pair depending on device type. Inputs: So far, I haven't encountered any notable drift of phantom inputs. I would prefer a more traditional D-Pad but I also won't penalize them for that choice. As a D-PAD for menus and basic navigation, this one works just fine. Firmware Updates: Haven't had to do this yet but I did take a gander at the firmware update app on IOS. It very seamlessly detected my controller and checked for new firmware. Nice to know that if there are any issues, an update won't be hard to come by. Turbo Function: I tested turning this on, and it works. Kind of cumbersome to deactivate (see the manual). Personally, I have no use for it but if you do, it's there. Accessories: Comes with a nice little semi-hard shell carrying case, a USB-C cable for charging and connectivity, and a pretty good little manual. Long story slightly longer: This is actually a pretty decent little controller. Well build, portable, versatile, and stylish. If I ended up having to use it as a last resort for a round of mario kart, I wouldn't be upset. And, for the level of build quality, I think the value isn't too bad either (about $33 as of this review).
Great deal for the price. Twenty-four pieces are included in this bundle to be used with the Nintendo Switch. I bought this package for the grandkids, ages 5 and 4. What made me choose this package over others was the option to have two of each item. Now, the grandkids can play together instead of waiting for one to finish. The pieces are light but made of what appears to be durable hard plastic. The pieces are the perfect size for interactive play for young kids without being bulky but still have the feeling of the sporting equipment being used.
Let's start off with what I do like -Very nice and well thought out packaging -Comes with USB A to C cable that allows pairing with switch and charging of the controller -Buttons and sticks feel good. Just the right amount of resistance for the joysticks -The buttons are very quiet -Very functional D-PAD. I was able to pull off combos in MK11 and MK1 very easily and had no issues with 2d platformers. -Has gyro controls and haptic feedback. Played Mario Kart just fine with motion controls. -Battery life "seems" good. Played for 3 hours and the switch still reported full battery. -Even though it's tiny, it's still comfortable Now onto what I don't like -It does support PD charging. Basically you need to use an A to C USB cable to charge it. It will NOT charge with a C to C cable. May not be an issue for you if you use the dock or charge from switch. -The "charging" stand. It's designed to plug into your switch dock and then you can plug to USB cables into it and charge two controllers. That part is fine. It's the stupid lights that I have a problem with. They automatically come on when you plug in a controller and they don't stop when charging is complete or you unplug the controller. You have to manually press the power button to turn off the lights. Then they will turn back on randomly by themselves. -The ZL and ZR buttons. I would just rather have them be analog trigger to allow throttle control for driving games and games that involve trigger control like pulling a bow and arrow. TLDR: It's a great controller that would be perfect for a child or traveling to take up less space. It doesn't support PD charging and doesn't have analog triggers. The lights on the charging stand is annoying. I am just going to skip the ports on the stand and plug directly into the switch dock for charging.
I just got Mario tennis aces can’t wait to play with family and friends
