The first time using the controlled the adjuster on the strap broke. This is my second set of controllers and never had that happen before. You would think for the price it would be better longer lasting material.
Amazing headset, never had any issues with connectivity, charging, mic quality, audio quality, or pretty much anything else. Only ever had 2 issues with it: 1) The programmable dial doesn't seem to like working very well. Not sure if it's the headset, or maybe I'm just bumping it a lot more than I thought. 2) I have a rather large head, and unfortunately this headset is not designed for that. It's quite comfortable, if maybe a bit tight until you break it in. The problem is that after only 3 months of use (I use it every day for anywhere from 2 to 12+ hours a day), the band is breaking, right above the part where it attaches to the ear cushions. I had a similar problem with the stealth 600 gen 2, so unfortunately I don't think I can continue using Turtle Beach's headsets. That said, to anyone who doesn't have a wider than usual head, this should be an amazing headset!

I live in Colombia and the title arrived quickly and well wrapped, the box came sealed but came with a factory imperfection in one corner, which the seal did not have, as for the cartridge, it comes with the third revision (003) so it does not need download content or performance updates that were released after its release, as you can see, it is not the version that comes with the two DLCs, an excellent purchase at a very good price, recommended.
This wireless controller is a quality, premium controller, with some amazing features! The buttons and sticks are tight, precise and feel very solid. And I love the LED lighting! The LED modes are a lot of fun and I'm enjoying all of the options! The controller has the ability to change its settings, using an app you can download. And it has a lot of options, so the manual is a must read to get the most out of all the options. The Hall effect sticks are really interesting, with no stick drift! And, amazingly, you can change the stick's deadzone, ON THE CONTROLLER, or by using the APP! And since I hate stick drift, this is a very cool feature for me! In addition, the controller works on my switch, PC, with the included USB adapter, or wired. And also with Bluetooth, Android and IOS. So it works on whatever you want to use it on! Also, the USB-C charging dock, USB wireless adaptor and USB-C cable are very nice add-ins. The Dock fits nicely and has its own LED light. And the controller lights up when charging. In addition, the USB PC adaptor fits inside the bottom of the dock, which is a very nice feature. But it fell out when I opened the box, so watch out for that, when opening the box for the first time. Also, the manual says it has the ability to change button function, with the app, so I’m looking forward to trying that out. It also has Turbo functions and multiple vibration settings, as well. In addition, I noticed that when changing the vibration level, on the controller, you need to hold the shoulder buttons and trigger buttons, until you feel a buzz on the controller, which will get stronger, or no vibration, depending on the setting. The manual also mentions ZR, ZL, as well as R and L, which are on the controller, but not listed that way in the manual. In conclusion, I'm very impressed with this controller's feel and response! I tested it with multiple games and it felt and played great! From Borderlands 3 to Skyrim, I had alot of fun with it! And with it’s great feel, quality and amazing feature set, this controller is a winner, all the way around! I highly recommend this controller!!!
I looked at a few different options for my OLED switch and ultimately decided on this beauty. I don’t find the controller cumbersome and I have relatively small hands. The button placement isn’t the greatest but I still prefer using this to the joycons. I definitely would buy this again, it’s made playing my switch fun again!
My 8 year old assembled it all by herself! Easy and fun and good quality for the price.
Nephew loved it. The building directions load onto the switch and are animated, he didn’t need much help at all.
It works great! Came in super quick too, though I did pay for expedited shipping but still! I love it so much, it fits my hands perfectly and feels so comfortable.
Fantastic extra dock for second TV. Set up is simple, and the color and light options are very attractive. Really like the docking chargers for the remotes, too. Makes things very simple.
I was super skeptical about this product, but decided to purchase it anyways. When it arrived, the packaging was in wonderful condition with a minor ding on a couple of corners on the packaging (carrier issue so seller may consider finding a way to secure the product in the box). Instructions are clear on how to pair and get it set up. The only issue I had, was not knowing that you had to have the Pro Controller Wired Communication turned on in the settings. I also found out that if you use your joycons to turn on the system, make sure to change grip/order in the controller settings so that the usb controller is first. I really enjoy this product, thank you.
Brand new couldn’t be more satisfied
I bought the special edition and I got everything EXCEPT THE GAME!!! Care to tell me how this happen??? The white paper you can see is where the game was supposed to be and it wasnt there when I opened the box. Im very, very disappointed in this I PAY FOR THE WHOLE THING IM LEFT WITHOUT A GAME. AT LEAST ALLOW ME A FREE DIGITAL COPY
This game is probably great but I can’t get past the headache I get from trying to read the text. There’s a lot of text to read and it’s blurry and tiny. In the menus it’s especially bad. I would expect this from an indie game but not a major release.
The seller is so generous even gave me a lot of freebies. The casing itself is compact and now my Switch is organized! Highly recommended ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
VIOLENT VIDEO GAME WITH GREAT QUALITY AND VIOLENCE, although it doesn't hit home with the ending like the classic but I love it still even with that flaw :3
