My son was disappointed that everything came except the game for him to play it on. The package was incomplete!

My nephew gave me his old switch and right away I wanted a piece of my childhood, Super Mario Bros. It was delivered same day I was impressed!! It works on my old switch as well as my nephews brand new OLED. It has some fun new character features, new moves, if you’re a nostalgic fan like me it’s definitely worth buying!

You basically get 6 fighting games and 4 bonus games. Will list them all at the end. All games are ports from 1999 and 2000s Neo Geo handheld. Has some extras and a rewind feature Good variety in the fighting games; got you standard, team, weapon based, all female, and crossover (with Capcom). Games that are also on Neogeo pocket can be set to monochrome (black & white), dot matrix, regular, and New Color (slightly uprezed) mode. For games that don’t support monochrome it’ll give you a non compatible notice on screen, which is a nice easter egg in my opinion. Background is of the Neogeo handheld with the screen/game focused on the center. Able to cycle trough several colors/skins. For those with Switch OLED; able to make background all black so no burn-in on screen if you plan to play for hours Can swap the A and B buttons if you like in-game. No need to go into Nintendo Switch’s system settings Can view 3D models of the game boxes/cartridge (able to rotate and zoom in with camera), and manuals Menus are very easy to navigate and specific to each game. No cheat mode or custom save states. There is a rewind feature. For the fighting games, good for block/defensive training…or erasing enemies’ high damage combo attacks on you. Also good on metal slug games during bullet hell moments At $4.50 a game (launch price) seem a bit much in my opinion for most games due to the quality/gameplay. Some of the fighting games overshadow the others like the SNK vs Capcom for fighting games. And Metal Slugs second mission over the first. If you buy them individually in the eshop they’re $8, so you’re essentially getting them for half off. If you buy the official original cartridge for the system you can be paying double or triple digits due to rarity of the collector’s item, but you don’t get the rewind feature. Unless you’re hardcore fans of the NeoGeo, want a Nostogia trip, or want a history lesson; I’d wait for a price drop List of games: SNK GALS' FIGHTERS SAMURAI SHODOWN! 2 KING OF FIGHTERS R-2 THE LAST BLADE: Beyond the Destiny FATAL FURY FIRST CONTACT SNK VS. CAPCOM: THE MATCH OF THE MILLENNIUM METAL SLUG 1ST MISSION METAL SLUG 2ND MISSION DARK ARMS: Beast Buster 1999 BIG TOURNAMENT GOLF

The images are misleading. I got a pure black controller with no unique design.

Please don’t listen to the negative reviews, it is a game add on for the game Fortnite it even says that the disc is not included, to use this you need to activate it through the Microsoft store on the Xbox or online (I got it for my Xbox One X) I saw this in the item shop and I didn’t have money then to get it then I got my first job and I saw this at the store I worked at sadly there were gone from both the item shop in the game and at the store I work at, I am so happy I got this it arrived super early to I was supposed to get it on the 24th but I’m happy with it, I would recommend for any Fortnite fan

Ok is this really a brand new game? I mean, the good part it was on my home earlier than I was expecting but what about these conditions??

Comfortable, light, easy to detach... It has improved my comfort when playing in handheld mode a lot. Also it takes one second to put it off and on, so no problems at all to play docked and use the grip on the go. Usually I don't write reviews, but this product is just perfect. I recommend buying it with tha hard case, you will not regret it.

I’m very confused because I ordered the EU version of the game and what came in was the American version, which I didn’t want since the EU came with more characters. I didn’t realize this until it told me I unlocked all of them at 71 so I’m not really too happy about that, and I feel pointless returning/replacing it now since I’ve played it for the past week since I got it. The case was supposed to have a yellow corner like displayed in the picture for advertising, and I looked it up and that is on all of the EU versions. Please tell people which version they are buying!!! This wasn’t a huge deal but it’s still frustrating

Disappointed because when you pay this amount of money you expect them to get it right. Boom Bloom is supposed to have a ninja star on her base, mine came with a life element symbol. Defies the purpose of having teams if they are wearing the wrong symbol.

This product exceeded my expectations! It’s beautifully designed with excellent grip, high-quality materials, and satisfying button feel. The connection is seamless with Apple TV and Nintendo Switch, and the performance is flawless. It also boasts great battery life, lasting through long gaming sessions (we have a couple of pro controllers lying around, this outlasts the others on the same charging cycle and game play). The price strikes a perfect balance—not too cheap, not too pricey. While I’m not a pro gamer, I can confidently say this is a fantastic product. Absolutely worth it!

Edited April 8, 2024: I absolutely loved this controller when I first got it, as you can read below in my original review, but all of a sudden in the middle of playing terraria my “R” button stopped working. Really frustrating because I love the feel of this controller and the battery life is amazing….waste of money now because I’m sure it’s too late to get a refund or replacement. Sucks. Some people said the buttons were firm but got better once the controller had been used a few times, but my buttons feel just fine! Was packaged really well so no worries about it getting messed up while in transit. Absolutely love the pink ears. 😭♥️ Can’t wait to play animal crossing and try it out!

In the past few weeks I have become a fan of Hyperkin as a company. It feels like they are really nailing their marketing with this Pixel Art collection. Their pixel art SNES style controllers are now some of my favorite to use with my Nintendo Switch and RetroPi emulation station. It works on my PC and iPhone as well, but I primarily do most my gaming on the Switch and RetroPi. The controller itself is just ever so slightly larger than an original SNES controller, and that's because it doesn't just have L1/R1, it also has an L2/R2 and analog sticks. The controller works great on Switch titles, and perfectly for the NSO classics game collection. The buttons have a nice clickiness to them, and the analogs work really well! Having grown up on the SNES, this controller style just feels natural to me. Sure the controller isn't the most ergonomic but gaming in the 90s, we were made of different stuff. All we needed was our SNES, a lunchable and kool-aid. The Kool-Aid design is fun and really random. While every other company is out there making camouflage and RGB laced designs, Hyperkin is focusing on our childhood nostalgia. Kool-Aid, Kraft Mac N Cheese, Oscar Meyer Hot Dogs, Sriracha, Tetris... They have taken Retro to a whole new fun level. Now if they would do a partnership with Capri-Sun and Lunchables I think my wallet would be KO'd.
