Mine was not new.... the box had been opened and taped shut. It’s a Christmas present so I won’t know if it works until after Christmas. I hope it is not defective.
Product was sent in a bag. For all I know they were used and not new.
The graphics are incredible especially on handheld mode. Storyline is great as most rockstar games are in the best part is you can bring it wherever you want there’s only like one thing I don’t like about it and it’s that the controls aren’t like that many games but you catch on real quick so it is a all-around really good game BTW, it does not support local play. Unfortunately it is single player only.
I purchased this around mid Summer after entering the arcade stick world with 8bitdo a month ago. The size is perfect for lap-play and height is enough to rest my hands. At first the ergonomic design of the button placement took a small adjustment period, but I adapted well after a few days. It feels so good to play and with the way it's made, customization made it more fun; I had used different buttons to play with until I found a working style suitable for me. My only gripes are access to customize and the padding underneath. The rubber stops on the corners are nice for table-play, but the whole steel plate being mostly exposed can be a little annoying on the laps. Would have to create a whole nonslip pad for it in the future. As for access, it's easy to get into by unscrewing the six screws securing the plate, but placing the artwork also involves removing the buttons to place the art. A small hassle at best but can be inconvenient for quick-access preference. Though that didn't stop me from playing online, customizing, and thanks to their Magic Ultimate S converter: competing in locals for the first time. All in all, a fantastic leverless and can't wait for the F700 flat this month!
This is a great variety pack of accessories for the Nintendo Switch. One of my favorite ideas with this pack is the kids will get up and move around more utilizing these accessories. They were packaged well and arrived in perfect condition. Now for the fun to begin!
Product works like it’s supposed to, perfect beautiful controllers.
i honestly didn’t notice it has writing on the case but it’s still cute. the screen protector is good and the joystick covers glow in the dark. i love the strawberries i would recommend buying.
Package came undamaged and game works perfect!
This is great! I had no idea Nintendo made these until I started looking up the originals. Not only do you get the original Legend of Zelda, Adventure of Link, and Link's Awakening, but you also get a Game & Watch classic, Vermin! Though this does make me biased, Vermin has always been my favorite from the G&W series--I played it religiously in Game & Watch Gallery 2 for the Game Boy. I also love the clock and timer features which are stylistically displayed as the LoZ and AoL games respectively (you can even play on them!). Quality is great. The device is very lightweight, but doesn't feel like a cheap piece of plastic. The golden front is made of metal. It's very small, but even with my long fingers it's still comfortable. I will note, however, that if you have particularly *thick* fingers, the buttons (d-pad especially) will like be difficult to control. My only cons are that the display case is really just the black cardboard packaging material (see photo) and that the included USB-C cable is very short. Overall though, still a 10/10. Others say it's too expensive, but as my review title says, I think it's completely worth it. I really hope they make more of these; a Donkey Kong version with the clam-shell dual screens (like the original) would be totally awesome, or perhaps a Pokemon or Metroid edition.
Loving the console overall and the bundle was an awesome deal. Works with regular usb c charger. Downloading games when connected to WiFi is really slow though. Better to do when you’re going to bed because it takes about an hour to download one game and it can only download one game at a time. Recommended to buy a MicroSD if you intend to get the games virtually instead of the card. Love the console however. Very portable and nice. Fortnite quality was a 5/10 compared to a PS5 console, but it’s still good!!
Really good way to work out at home. Sometimes it can get repetitive or it misses a punch you throw but if you are focused on you getting a work out and not the score you get you will get a good work out. Happy I bought it, good work out game. Update: I have had this game/work out for a few months and found the songs got really old like others have said. I decided to mute the TV one day and play my own music but then I was really off and would miss lots pinches, which irritated me. Then I found in the settings that you can mute just the music and still hear the instructions and when your punches hit the target, worked a lot better and I am not as annoyed. In the picture you can see i turned the BGM down all the way and it "turns off" the music. I still really enjoy it and hope they come out with an update!
I was super excited to get this, but it took me a while to finally sit down and play and by the time I did I realized the C pad doesn’t work properly. Only the left and bottom C buttons work the top and right do not. I got this controller so that I can play Zelda Ocarina of Time which requires all 4 C buttons to work. I cannot play with the regular Switch controllers because they are not designed to move the character as he should he only moves sideways and forward which also makes it extremely hard to play.
Before discussing the game, I need to talk about being sent the wrong version. I live in the USA, but was sent the European version. This was purchased as a Christmas gift and we didn’t notice until afterwards. You’ll notice on the front cover there is no ESRB (Entertainment Software Rating Board) rating, but rather the PEGI (Pan European Games Information) rating logo. One of my included pictures is an screenshot from this very item as listed on akiya-switch.com CLEARLY showing an ESRB rating, although, this is a family friendly game and that rating can NOT possibly be correct. Also, the side is distinguishable by the centered title and green arrow in the corner. The game cartridge is labeled European with the EUR at the end instead of USA. To my knowledge, the game itself is no different. That may not seem like a big deal at first glance. The problem is updates or DLC’s become available, we may run into region issues, rendering the game unusable. I might expect an oversight like this from some small seller, but this is the official Nintendo link. A company of that magnitude can not and should not be making errors like this. For that, and that reason only, I am deducting 2 stars. The game is wonderful. It’s fun for all ages. I love how you can play with multiple people, so it’s like family game night, but connected through the Switch and TV. The colors are vibrant and it runs smooth. There are plenty of levels, so it will be fun for a long while. I would have rated it 5 stars, but Ian oversees version is unforgivable.
Item arrived earlier than expected. Just in-time for Tekken 8. It’s my first fight stick and product feels premium. The best part of this stick is that it’s PS5 compatible right off the bat and can be used wired or wireless which is very rare for arcade sticks. It also supports a lot of devices which is a bonus. According to the manual, you can use it wirelessly for 20hrs on a single charge. I have yet to test this but so far on my limited time playing SF6 on wireless, it works as promised and there’s near to no latency. The stick has the perfect weight to it and buttons are spaced perfectly. -SS
Power A has been making accessories for a long time and this controller definitely feels top tier. It basically has the look and feel of an authentic Nintendo Switch Pro controller. It feels really good in hand. The buttons, triggers and bumpers feel great. The joysticks feel very precise. I wish they used a hybrid d-pad instead because the Switch does have a couple of good fighting games in their library. The RGB I feel is kind of gimmicky and does drain the battery when in use. As of this review, I haven't tried if this controller is compatible with Amiibos as of yet. If you can pay a little extra, I would suggest just to go with the actual Nintendo Pro controller but if you do prefer the RGB lighting, then this is a real good backup controller.
