I was so excited to get this in the mail & slap it up on the wall. Then I saw the condition. The amiibo looks like it rolled all the way to the states. It's bent over and smashed up the sides. Maybe that's what makes it a super smash brother. I only reason I spent all the extra cash was to get a Japanese version to leave unopened for display. Ruined that. It should probably get one star, but I'm very generous.

I really like the turbo function of this controller! I like it too much that I bought all the colors and give it to my friends as gifts! We pretty much just use it for Animal Crossing New Horizons, so I can only make comments on how it performed with ACNH. We all hated the fact that we have to keep pressing on the ”A” button when crafting fish baits. And this controller 🎮 definitely makes crafting fish baits a breeze!! ALSO, we usually turn on the turbo button and leave the switch on throughout the night when there are shooting stars/ meteor showers. That way we can just go to bed and not worry about missing a single shooting star. And that's how we have been harvesting our star fragments and it WORKED!!🤣🤣 With the 3 color choices for the Hori controllers and it's low price, I would definitely recommend it to everyone who plays ACNH!

I was about to cancel this purchase because of the comment of a random guy who said that the game had no save point and when he died had to start from the beginning, like Hades. Totally false, the game has points to save and goes very well on the Switch, the music is great and the story too. Very good game so far. I do not regret this purchase ❤️

How on earth is this such high quality? This thing dwarfs 3d printed hitboxes going for 200 bucks on Etsy, it's got extremely smooth, thick and punchy gamerfinger switches and the heavy acrylic material combined with the greywood v3 switches give the inputs and incredibly satisfying thock. The weight and travel feels extremely quick while not being so light that resting your fingers will treat you to accidental inputs. RGB lighting has a fun ambience and arcade-y feel to the whole device. It's extremely ergonomic and comfortable to crank on for hours without any pain or discomfort in the wrists or fingers, especially compared to a controller or even an arcade stick. Input switching makes this thing near universal, while SOCD cleaning modes work to keep you from registering inputs otherwise impossible in fighting games or on joystick/DPAD in general (up + down or left + right simultaneously) so it's a tournament legal device. Size is extremely compact, especially in terms of height profile, but not so small that you can't get away with resting it on your lap. The OLED display is the icing on the cake, it displays your current settings so you don't have to scratch your head and lab in a practice mode to figure out whether you have SOCD cleaning on a certain mode, or turbo on a certain button -- or heck even what type of controller inputs you're sending. You can see all the settings and which inputs are registering right at your fingertips. Frickin sweet device, can't beat this price point!!!

PROs: - The larger controls feel SO MUCH BETTER than the standard Switch controllers! I used to feel my hands start cramping after playing the Switch for an extended period but no longer with this. - The LED RGB are bright and can be dimmed. - The 4 extra game slots and a great feature and the games snuggly fit in those slots. No worries about them slipping out during trips. - I was worried without there being a top side latch, that the console might accidentally slip out of the top but it fits nicely and that is no longer a concern. - It is not advertised on the product description nor the product pictures but I feel like it is a very big piece of information, which is that there is a USB-C charger port on the bottom of the controller. So you don’t have to worry about the Switch getting low on battery and having to pull it out of the dock to charge it. It can be charged directly in the Pro Controller dock! CONs: - It’s an RGB (Red-Green-Blue) and there’s literally no stand-alone red. There’s only rainbow, pink, teal, green, blue, purple, and yellow (which looks orangish in the pictures but look at the pictures) . I love the green and blue but disappointed that there is no standalone bright red especially since one of my consoles are red even though the product page gives the appearance that there is a bright red. - It can be a little difficult to remove your current game while docked in the Pro Controller. OVERALL: It’s so tempting to think this is just another accessory, I don’t need an instruction manual. Well, me being me, I flipped the accessory switch to SW LED, plugged in my Switch and nothing. I thought maybe it might be defective. The item page even shows an image in large print stating “Plug and Play” BUT you do need to perform one step by going into the System Settings, scroll down to “Pro Controller Wired Communication” and turn this feature ON first. Once that was turned on, then I slid the console into the Pro Controller holder and viola, everything worked as advertised. Myself and my wife are finally thrilled that we can comfortably play on-the-go now! It would be nice if the buttons had some backlighting Pro Controller function buttons had some backlighting but once you know where they are, it really isn’t an issue.

The color patterns on this is simply gorgeous! I no longer want a controller that does not have some sort of lighting system to it. Long cord, each color beautiful, and it was a steal for the price I paid for it. I have 5 Pro Controllers; this one is best.

Perfectly great for the price. Used this for an arcade setup with a raspberry pi. The frame is incredibly sturdy. The joysticks and buttons are on the cheaper side, but they work pretty well. The LED lighting is a nice little touch.

I'm just opening it up and glad I did. I believe there was suppose to be something else like a poster or w.e but 🤷🏾‍♀️ I will update once I get the game system but I'm giving it a 3 star at the moment.

The case itself is really nice but the joycon guards are pretty uncomfortable and the joycon release buttons on it are stiff so I’d avoid using them when removing joycons to avoid damage to the release function. Other than that the other stuff is great! Update: my joycon release was damaged by these joycon guards
