I bought it since I wanted a travel bag that could hold my oled with the mumba case on it so I'm happy just really wish the orange was red. I mean it is made for Switch. If i had the original switch with red and blue i personally would have to return as the color clash would bother me lol. Amyway the quality inside and out justify the cost. The joy con holder is pretty snug but it holds them securely. The last picture shows it holding a joy con grip and charge cable, a 45w power supply with cable, and my earbuds in case with charge cable. My ultra thin hdmi cable also fits but not pictured. And the front pocket currently holds the core travel dock from skull & Co tabletop stand/dock. Nice carry bag and I just love the soft interior.
Edited review: I have changed my review, as well as increased the amount of stars. I do this because once my original problems were dealt with I received a brand new copy in a very quick amount of time. This new copy has no problems and I have enjoyed it so far. A few graphical problems here and there, but to be expected on the switch hardware. I thank the distributor for getting me a new copy quickly. However I will still be leaving my original review below to show people what happened to mine incase they come across something similar. Original review: So I’d like to leave a review in the game; but unfortunately I cannot because I don’t want to touch it. For some reason mine came covered in some sort of oil. And the oil was inside the vacuum sealed plastic wrapping which has coated the box, not to mention ruined some of the artwork as well, and now I don’t want to touch it because it feels so slimy and sticky. Plus I don’t know what it would do to my switch system if I did put it in I ordered multiple at games, and they all came in at once. This was the only game to come ruined like this. Once the issue is resolved I will change the review to actually talking about the game, but as of now I don’t even want to touch it yet For now I will rate as 2 stars but that’s because I’m too afraid to even touch the game let alone put it into my switch
This controller is brilliant. It works on PC, Switch, Android, and iOS. Switch Mode and the mobile modes support Bluetooth connectivity, but the other modes require the USB dongle. You can still use the controller on PC via Bluetooth if you enable Switch Mode's Bluetooth option, but in order for the controller to function you'll need to rely on using Steam's Input via Big Picture Mode. So if you have a non-Steam game, just add it to the Steam library by "Adding a Non-Steam Game." I've used both, the USB Dongle method and the Switch Bluetooth method on PC, and I will say the Switch Bluetooth mode connection is slightly better than the USB Dongle. There is less interference and connection lag using Bluetooth, but the dongle is fine too! It's just my personal experience. The UI on the screen is really intuitive and easy. You can change the colors on the side of the controller to a select few, or use an RGB rainbow mode. You can also choose between Static or Breathing for the colors. The faceplate is removable, but there is nowhere to buy alternative faceplates. As far as I can tell, nobody sells alternative or custom faceplates. Although they do sell both faceplates on akiya-switch.com that come with the black model or white model. I will say it certainly makes it easy to clean the controller though if you need to. The thumbsticks use the magnetic anti-drift mechanism that makes them easily replaced. You just pull on them, pop them out, stuff another one in. I haven't tried it with third party sticks, but this one comes with two sets: standard height sticks and higher sticks. They're pretty comfortable too. The directional pad is smooth and responsive and really feels like quality, and the ABXY buttons are mechanical like a keyboard and have a click to them. It was weird for the first hour but I easily got used to it and they are definitely superior to controllers without that mechanical click. The trigger buttons have an option to make presses shorter or longer using a switch in the back. So you don't have to press the triggers all the way down if you don't want to. The controller is super light and weighs almost nothing but it still feels like it was made with some serious quality. There was definitely love put in this controller and now I don't have to worry about hand fatigue holding my old XB1 controller that felt like holding a brick. The softer plastic faceplate can make my grip a little slippery so I bought some stick-on grips for the controller as well as some thumbstick covers. It helps reduce sweating and sliding. Vibration is incredibly powerful. No joke. But you can adjust the power in the screen. The charger is incredibly convenient. I can just pop in the controller in the charging dock and pick it up where I last left off without turning it on or off and continue gaming right away. No hassle. No messing with anything. Just pick it up. You don't even have to turn it off. Leave it on and place it on the dock and it goes to sleep while charging. So the longest I've used this controller in one session was 5 hours. The battery life? Absolutely incredible! I was still at around 80% after 5 hours! How is that even possible? Seems insane! To enter the UI in the screen all you need to do is hold the HOME button for 5 seconds. This is by far the greatest controller I've ever owned and is full of great features. It's a steal for the price. I encourage everyone to also add the grips for the thumbsticks and shell because it absolutely enhances the experience. Ordered this game because I've been wanting it for awhile. Got my copy on Monday, however it is from a different region and has a pegi rating right on the front. I thought "no big deal I'll just get the replacement ordered" I was wrong. akiya-switch.com sent me the wrong region again! This game is DLC and online heavy; therefore, it's useless to me! I'm extremely unhappy with this experience, and I will not be ordering any video games from akiya-switch.com any longer.
All buttons are mouse click would recommend for anyone
As you can see in my picture, I have used this quite a bit! I just put over 20 hours into No Man's Sky this week and I had no issues with the controller! It is comfortable, and it lasts a REALLY long time. I played for over 12 hours, and it was finally flashing the low battery at me as I was ready to log off and get some sleep. There is one thing I didn't like about it: the firmware. Oh man, upgrading and getting it to work right was a nightmare. I finally got it, but I had to hop onto Reddit to find out the proper order to flash things. Now that I have to working good, I don't plan on trying that again. The final verdict is the hardware is fantastic, and the software needs a little work. I think I got this pretty early in its lifespan though. I have a few GameSir controllers, and some others. This one rules them all!
It arrived in perfect condition, and my mom’s the one who’s been playing it. She says it’s amazing, lol. Works perfectly with my US Switch, no issues at all. Definitely worth it!
What caught my eye about this specific docking station is the fact that not only does it have a place to rest your controller but it charges it at the same time! The set includes two different charging adapters. One is for the actual Nintendo Switch Pro Controller and the second adapter is for the companies own Pro Controller. Each adapter is labeled with the letter N and the letter M so you can tell the difference. I went ahead and used a third party Switch controller that uses the same body style of an actual Switch Pro controller and it fit perfectly. The only thing is the adapters won't always work for generic controllers. So you do have to trial and error. I took a picture of my actual authentic Switch Pro Controller and everything fit like a glove. I do not recommend for you to keep removing the adapter on and off, just to prevent it from getting loose over time. I just left mine on my Pro Controllers since those are the ones I use the most. The underneath of the base has a sticky liner to give it stability on any surface. I think the overall design looks absolutely INCREDIBLE, especially if you have a matching white OLED Switch. This docking base can give you up to a 4K resolution but the majority of the Switch games don't really give you that but it's good to know that it's there. The only drawback that it does not include any cables! So keep in mind that you need to use your own HDMI cable and AC adapter or buy a second AC adapter to connect to this docking station.
Looks good, officially licensed, good build quality, so I am happy. My only complaint, more of a nitpick, is that I wish it had just a little more weight, as it is light enough to move around when putting the pokeball on and off. Be aware: Not wireless. There is a small piece that plugs into the back of the pokeball, which allows for the charging to work when setting it down. There’s really no way around the dongle, as the pokeball itself doesn’t have wireless charging functionality to begin with. Not a complaint of mine, but I saw some reviews that seemed to have thought it was wireless. This is also why I say it’s more of a novelty, as removing and putting back the single isn’t as efficient as simply having a cable, and losing the piece is possible.
Hi, Just wanted this product is great. I was worried about buying something like this because I've been mainly a Pc gamer for years and now I've moved to console. After seeing mixed reviews I thought ill give it a try and was pleasantly surprised. After watching the tutorial online on how to set up the device I was gaming in minutes.I see others have had problems with either mouse or keyboard not being compatible or a firmware issue. Their websites list what's compatible and there is nothing wrong with the firmware from my own experience. The device has a phone app where you can upload game profiles of games without K&M support and if you don't like the mapped keys, you can change and mouse sensitivity. Now I can play fps on my Xbox series X and not be completely useless with my teammates, Thanks KeyMander
Excelente, pese a su reducción de gráficos para ser compatible con la Nintendo Switch, no se queda atrás y en el tv es de lujo.
I was excited for this game but mine came damaged, the case was broken and it seems that they wrapped up in tap or something to make it look semi better but $48 for something that comes damaged almost seems not worth it but thankfully nothing seems to be wrong with the game itself still disappointed though, 3 stars
Can’t turn the sound up but turns down in my opinion it’s a waste of money if I can’t use what it’s intended for was having connecting problems but fixed now just need the volume up?
Item was listed as “New”, item received was NOT New, there was no cellophane wrapper on it (not sealed) and you could see in the upper right hand corner where someone had a resale sticker on it and had removed it, and there is some damage to the front cover as shown in pictures. Sticker on back says “New” but it’s stuck directly to the box, not on cellophane seal as there was none. I don’t like being misled and or ripped off for the price of new when it is NOT NEW! Fortunately game was intact and does work okay.
As you can see from the pic, this gamepad is tiny compared to an Xbox One controller, so it will fit even in relatively small pockets. Despite its diminutive size, it is comfortable to hold and use - all the buttons are easy to reach and the analog sticks are well-placed, even for big hands. It works with any Android games that support generic bluetooth gamepads, and all the cloud games I have tried so far. The quality is good, with rubberized analog sticks and a nice firmness to the buttons.
