If I could give 0 stars I would. I received my package today with a slit cellophane package, pulled out the game box, no game cartridge inside.... Registered to 'return' due to missing parts? What am I sending back, an empty container?
Love it the akiya-switch.com prime guy just dropped it off at 1st had to download an update 1st but all an all fun game it’s my 1st since getting the system few days ago
Vino en buenas condiciones antes de lo previsto y bien identificado bien embalado excelente servios
There's a lot to like about this controller. The fact that it's see through and it lights up makes it absolutely perfect for a kid or as a spare controller to have kicking around for when guests are over. It lights up and all that but what I didn't take into consideration is how cool it is to see the inner workings of the controller while you're using it - particularly the rumble pads. Pretty cool and kids will love it. It got detected on a switch almost instantly - I just had to add the controller. It was detected and installed with zero issues on both windows 7 and windows 10 which was awesome and makes it great for PC gaming. The included cable is USB to USB-C and it's the fabric type of cable which is great cause it's not going to keep the kinks in it like a harder plastic cable would, but it's short for most switch/xbox setups. I'd recommend getting a longer cable when you buy this if you plan on using it for anything other than a pc that you're going to be sitting right next to. It's definitely expensive for a wired controller but you're paying for the coolness factor, and maybe putting smiles on a kid's face so as long as you look at the price and you're ok with it going into it, then I'd say grab one.
This game is amazing! I've played it for about 17 hours so far, since release day yesterday. Here's what I've seen so far. Pros- 1. Mostly open world which is really nice. 2. You can interact with lots of NPCs and they don't all look the same. 3. You can battle wild pokemon or just throw a ball at them. 4. You can do all kinds of side quests outside of your main quest. 5. Character clothing and hair is changeable. 6. Rideable pokemon. 7. The option to either craft or purchase pokeballs, revives, potions, etc. 8. Alphas are amazing and HUGE. 9. Graphics are nice and everything has been smooth running so far. Cons- 1. Limited inventory space. You do have storage at your dwelling and camps though. You can expand your bag for a price. 2. No ability to jump with character despite areas that it would be very beneficial. 3. No option to let a pokemon walk with you outside of the ball. Notable things that I'm neutral on- 1. No gyms 2. There doesn't seem to be the option to customize your dwelling. 3. You can't swim. You get a mount that does later in the game. I'll update as I play more. I'm sure I missed a few things here. Overall really worth it and made really well.
The PXN V3II is the only wheel I've ever owned or used and I'm very satisfied with my purchase of this wheel. I was using an Xbox One controller and the controller is not a bad way to go. However, after a bit of tweaking the wheel's settings and adjusting a games setup options with the wheel it has become my 'go to' option for driving simulators, especially American Truck Simulator and Euro Truck Simulator, both installed in Steam. I haven't spent a lot of time in DR2 or AC with the wheel yet, so this review will focus on ATS and ETS. All I can really say about DR2 and AC is that I it works well with these games on Steam/PC and I do feel vibration in the wheel. The most useful tip I have found deals with the wheel itself, and that is to go into the wheel's setup by holding the 'share and options' buttons down for 3 seconds and then pressing 'options' to cycle through until the green led blinks at the slowest rate. This sets the wheel to be the 'least sensitive' to steering movement. I only use the wheel in 'X' mode, as I've never gotten the wheel to be recognized by a game when in what is advertised in 'D' mode. ETS is still very sensitive to steering and the game's settings require the steering sensitivity to be set as low as possible, but it's very usable when set to the lowest game setting and the wheel is on the lowest sensitivity setting also. I also use a USB 3 port as I haven't gotten the wheel to work on a USB 2 port, although I'll admit that I haven't spent a lot of time fiddling around with 'D' mode or USB 2 ports. There's a USB port for a controller on the wheel intended for game consoles to plug a controller into, but that makes no difference on a PC as it doesn't fix my ability to use the controller at the same time as wheel. I don't feel any gears in the wheel when turning it, so maybe it's a belt drive, but I don't know. I was concerned about getting a wheel that wasn't smooth when turning, but that was unfounded because this wheel turns smooth as butter. I've read a few threads about how awful this wheel is because it only turns 180 degrees (90 to the left, 90 to the right). This has not been an issue at all for me at all in ATS or ETS, as lane changes, U-Turns in parking lots, and cornering all look and feel very natural to me. The vibration works in both ATS and ETS when I setup a game to use the wheel as an XBox controller and not use the PXN setting when it is recognized by a game. I haven't felt any force feedback in any game. Also, I do not have my Xbox controller connected and turned on when using the PXN wheel, as that seems to cause some confusion in my wheel settings such as odd buttons on the wheel will cause the truck to brake as an example. I found that using the clamp to secure the wheel works best for me as the suction cups tended to release and/or slide around on the table surface be it dense wood or granite. I ended up clamping to a piece of scrap granite about an inch thick that I put on top of my wood table. Ergonomically, the wheel is pretty comfortable, it's a bit small in diameter but but it's quite livable. It's a little stiff when turning due to the built in wheel's auto-centering spring being a bit stiff for me and after driving for several hours, my wrist's become tired. An option to adjust the steering wheel resistance would be nice, but this is not a deal killer for me on a sub $100 wheel. Like other's have said the build quality is quite nice also considering the low price point. The pedals also work fine, though they do tend to walk away from me a bit on a low pile rug after an hour or so, even with the extended heel platform deployed. No big deal though, they 'feel' right when pressed and I put a small granite slab behind the pedals to keep them from walking around on the rug. The pedals make a creaking sound when using them which is pretty noticeable when the room is quiet otherwise. I plan to attempt to take them apart if it's possible without breaking the case to see if I can't lubricate the springs or something inside the pedal base to improve the situation. The real downsides for me are the buttons on the wheel. Don't get me wrong, they feel and press well enough, it just that I tend to press the upper buttons on the top front of the wheel by accident. I have unassigned all the buttons on the upper half of the wheel as I don't really need them anyway, so that fixes it ultimately. The other issue I have is a caution about how akiya-switch.com shipped the item. They did not double box it or even bother to tape the box shut. The box is only sealed by a couple of cardboard tabs from the manufacturer, so it could have come open easily during shipping. I'd suggest that perhaps it be ordered 'gift wrapped' from akiya-switch.com to prevent this possibility. While I really enjoy driving a stick in a real car or truck, I only plan to ever use an automatic transmission when gaming, so this wheel is a great option for me. If I do want to shift, I'd use the attached paddle shifters, which have a clicking sound when pressed, but it's not too loud. Any louder of a click though and I wouldn't care for it. Unless I win the lottery, I don't plan on spending a thousand dollars on a back ordered wheel in the near future. If this one breaks or wears out, I'll just buy another inexpensive wheel. I may even buy another PXN V3II just to keep as a backup just in case.
Not happy at all about this..Grandson opened in front of us and there was no game piece..
There is no game or manual inside the box when the package was opened.
I love the design on this Nintendo switch. Link looks awesome. The case is somewhat soft. So don't drop your switch I don't think this case will protect it much but it's a good looking case non the less.
Better than I expected. They definitely exceeded my expectations right out of the package. They look like new. I love the neon yellow color. They look spectacular on my Nintendo Switch Oled. When connected, the console recognized them without problems. I have tested the buttons and they all work fine. Analog controls without problems and calibrated. Waiting for the clear TPU covers to protect them from scratches and hand sweat. More than happy and satisfied with the purchase.
The story, characters, gameplay are great but it's graphics are not entirely lacking compared to Akiba's Strip Undead and Undress. It doesn't seem to be a remake to me. It's like it's just a copy paste content from the old PS2 version. Loading takes a lot of time to load sometimes even with a very low graphics the movement of the mc, npcs and other characters are lagging as well. Nonetheless, it's still a great purchase. But there's a small problem...my box has a small tear when I opened it from the parcel bag. From the looks of things, either the courier wasn't careful in handling it. akiya-switch.com is to blame for this one.
Game is supposed to be good and works fine but the description of a like new used game is a lie. "Looks and functions as if it were new. Packaging shows minimal signs of wear, consistent with being opened." The first part is true, it looks and functions as if new but the packaging, or box for the game in this case, does not just "show minimal signs of wear". It clearly has a couple cracks in the plastic casing and the artwork has some tears. Be careful if buying this game or any other game from akiya-switch.com used as they don't know what they are talking about.
Overall this is a pretty compact and smooth fight stick. It has mechanical switches which don't feel scratchy and have good travel. Supposed to be hotswappable, but I didn't feel the need to put in different switches since the ones it came with are quite nice. Build quality and packaging seem really good. It has rotating RGB backlights on the keys. It's visually appealing enough with the PCB design to leave out on your desk. The OLED screen is very responsive and shows which buttons you press instantly. My screen was installed slightly crooked though. The buttons are a nice texture and aren't slippery. Be sure to install the rubber feet that come with it so the fight stick doesn't slide around your desk. Overall, would recommend if you're looking for a leverless fight stick.
Wintertide Miracles is a fantastic 3rd game in the Code Realize series! It's the perfect Christmas-themed follow up after playing Guardian of Rebirth and then Future Blessings. (Most routes take place after the Finis Route in Future Blessings.) While the main 5 character routes all center around the same theme of getting everyone back together in London for Christmas, they all have a fun little twist to them, and the double date scenarios are very enjoyable for short bursts of time! There's a few other stories here too! If you love Code Realize and have played GoR/FB, this game is very fanservicey. The only problem is that there were some odd changes for the Switch version, such as a new font and slower loading times, but it's still a blast overall! (And they added new beach scenarios after completing 7 of the character routes!) Would recommend! 😊
