love the game and quality, the color was amazing and the size was great and the it seem very durable and a great price
Connected to my switch after 15 minutes of fumbling around. Turbo buttons did not respond to programming. This will be my 3rd replacement.
No me deja descargarlo, con razón era tan barato
The game’s storyline and play are absolutely captivating. Everything I hoped for and so many foreshadowed areas and features to unlock during the journey to come. The graphics and texture quality appear clearer and more crisp, the contrast of distant items is impressive and the lighting is spectacular! Loving every second watching my daughter explore, and so very anxious to start the game on my profile later. The one thing that really irks me is how akiya-switch.com failed miserably in this launch event. The game has been anticipated for almost a decade and this release is a major event. I pre-ordered just short of two years ago. Why didn’t akiya-switch.com procure an exclusive merchandise item to accompany our orders? Why didn’t akiya-switch.com ship our orders with highest priority the earliest possible on May 11th to ensure its customers were the very-first to get the landmark game? Both of these considerations should have been in order, and obvious! Other retailers did, and their customers got limited collectible merch. Our early orders got nothing, and that’s simply disappointing. akiya-switch.com dropped the ball, big time! I love the game, totally recommend 👍👍👍 …but _not_ how this release was handled here.
This controller is like best of both worlds for those of us who love the ease of use and travel-ability of the Switch console but can be honest that the Joy Cons do not always lead to a joyful gameplay experience. Can use out of the box, was a breeze to connect and lots of buttons for different types of games. Reminds me of my childhood controllers, but way more comfortable. If you like a lightweight controller this will work, if you don’t, this one might not be as enjoyable. The ZL and ZR buttons have really nice trigger feedback that’s very satisfying. A bit pricey but not a dealbreaker. Would recommend!
I ordered this game and received it upon removing the seal the cartridge was missing the casing was empty. I contacted Nintendo they said they cannot assist contact akiya-switch.com after submitting akiya-switch.com’s request they then said they cannot help contact the freight forwarder and gave no contact information or anything on how to contact such a company. I do u understand that akiya-switch.coms policy is that they don’t refund for freight forwarder shipped items but basically I just lost $55 and no one can help me. It’s very disappointing and displeasing as I’ve always shopped on akiya-switch.com.
I would like to get a budget racing wheel for my daughter to play Mario Kart and I can still use on my Xbox. This is a nice steering wheel to fit in. Plug in to Nintendo Switch, set up as the manual and there we go. It works for Mario Kart but the gas pedal needs to be set up. I set it auto accelerate for my daughter so she doesn’t need pedal actually. It also works with Need for Speed Hot Pursuit, the force feedback is kind of responsive and good enough for me. Comparing with the big brands racing wheels for like $200 to $700, which should be nicer, I think this is a good budget racing wheel for kids.
At the time of writing this there's just 26 reviews with a some what low rating of 3.7. Unless the quality is really that inconsistent... I don't get it, it's working perfect for me. I like it alot so far and prefer it over my Binbok joycons or my Satisfy grip. This is the "Oled" model which I think is a newer version than the original model. This one actually comes with add on spacer rail adapters that make it compatible with both the original switch (it's a tiny bit smaller) as well as the newer Oled Switch. I'm still playing on the original V2 Switch and the rail adapters worked perfect with the switch seeming to kind of click or seat perfectly in to place. Seems secure and if the next Switch console happens to follow the Oled format it might work with it? In fact thats one of my favorite things about this Dobe controller is that the joycons are connected with built in backer plate to make it a one piece solid controller that the Switch docks into instead of having separate joycons hanging off rails on each end. This makes it much more ridgid and solid feeling than my Binbok's or any other two piece separate joycon design. The main reason I bought this is the Binboks felt like they had a little flex at the rail joints which still worked fine but felt flimsy and bugged the crap out of me. Always felt like it might break whether it actually would or not. All the buttons, analogs and triggers seem fine and work well. The D-pad is clicky but with a definite pivot point that works fine giving a true up, down and diagonal press. Buttons have a felt feed back of being depressed.. like they click with without being overly clicky. L and R are standard digital buttons. The triggers have a small amount of travel like an analog but are still just digital. Overall travel of a 1/4" to 5/16" of an inch but they feel kind of like a two stage gun trigger. There's a short low resistance stroke that registers a press in game.. and then a wall of resistance that takes a little more pressure for the second stage that then bottoms out. Not sure why its like that but feels fine to me. To me it actually feels like it would be cool if a game utilized a two stage double barrel shotgun trigger, or fire plus grenade launcher.. (two actions on one pull). The sticks are pretty snappy, come back to center good and don't feel like drift should be a concern. They have a small dead zone and track fine in the switch calibration utility (in settings). The sticks do come with various interchangeable grip caps which some are rubbery and some just slick plastic. I picked the two that were closest in size and height and slapped a set of Skull & Co rubberized grip caps on those and all was good. No turbo buttons but four extra back buttons, two on the back finger grip of each hand that are simple enough to program to duplicate almost any face button or trigger. Other info to mention is these have standard but good vibration feedback and motion control that works well. For me motion control is a must which makes the Hori split pad pro's a no go for being an incomplete controller with out it. No NFC or IR just like all other third party controllers which personally I don't care about. It does have a charge passthrough and is powered with USB-C... so you can play while charging with the standard switch charger or most any current 15w plus phone charger. The controller's USB-C port is just there to pass power to the Switch's USB-C port. To be clear, the controller doesn't even have batteries, it's just simply powered off the switch. That said it really doesn't seem that taxing on the switch batteries or at least not enough that I noticed as it hasn't interrupted a play session at all. As far as pairing all you do is jump into the settings menu and under controllers turn on the "connect to wired pro controller" feature and your good to go. This is actually just plugging into switch just like any other wired controller, you just don't have a cord since the switch docks directly in to it. Of course a positive side to this is you generally have better, faster and more latency free response times with none of the connection issues that are sometimes possible with bluetooth or other wireless connections. I guess really that's about it.. solid and simple. No fancy LED lights or confusing macro trick buttons.. just what you need in a solid and comfortable to use format. I did test this thing out with about 8 or 10 hours of play time before reviewing. Of course longevity will have to prove itself but the ergonomics, the actual controls and the quality level of the one I received I'm happy with. 5 stars for now.
Great company! Comes with paper and video instructions :) Bought all my parts (buttons w/ LED kit and shell) from here and I’d do it all over again. Check it out!!
I absolutely am in love with this case set. I previously had two game cases and a backpack case with this design (you can see from pic) and it matches so well! The switch case itself is very sturdy and the inside is actually very soft and keeps the switch safe. It can also hold games as well, but I use the game cases instead. It also comes with a screen protector and wipe. My wipe, unfortunately, was dry, but I managed, wasn’t a big deal. Came with a pair of analog button covers which was awesome, and matched the strawberry theme. My two game cases have this checkered pattern on them when in the light as opposed to this game case where it’s plain. You can’t really know what I mean unless you have cases from another company but it’s really no issue, just thought I should mention it. So glad I got this, you really won’t regret getting this case. It’s not made of cheap material like other cases, and it comes with a lot of extras as well. I recommend this!
We will have to shave this board down in order to get it to fit. Installation instructions were hard to follow because our starwars machine had differences than what was depicted in the diagrams. We got it up and running we just wish it had fit.
Después de 4 años del lanzamiento por fin me decido. En lo poco que llevo jugando me ha parecido un juego hermoso, aunque también adictivo. Me va a divertir por mucho tiempo.
Best third party controller ever
This controller is crazy adorable, and I love how it feels in my hands! It's really comfortable. I did have a bit of trouble getting it set up at first, but I think that was on me since I was still getting the hang of the Switch. Once it was connected, it worked perfectly. No issues with connectivity or response. I would 10/10 recommend this!
So far I love this product! I prefer to hold my switch rather than use my tv or the stand and after playing for a while my hands would start to hurt so I needed a solution. This deck was easy to start and it works great! It’s much easier to hold than the switch with joy cons attached. AND it’s cheaper than a pro controller or the nintendo version which didn’t look as comfortable. Very reminiscent of an Xbox controller which I appreciate as I also play on that console. Buttons are also much bigger than on the joycons which I also found oddly helpful while gaming. Installation was super easy and quick. Very impressed and happy.
