   So I did get the Europe version, it does still have the same English subtitles, but make sure you understand that this is not the US version. With that said, game still works and it’s fun thus far. Not the best controls for this game mechanically as it was originally for the Wii motion controls, so I just play it controller style and not with the joy cons.

   Skyward sword still holds up and the hd textures help it look nice on the switch. The motion controls are definitely the best way to play since handheld is difficult since you need to use the right thumbstick for the sword angle. I recommend skyward sword for those who want more zelda backstory.

   I had to buy the game twice for it was just the case as of the photo but as of the game itself it is one of the best games in the Zelda franchise.

    The overall game is very very good. The graphics are really good especially because it was for the Wii, the music is very catchy, and the overall world is beautiful. Literally the only issue I have with the game is the controls. Now I actually like the motion controls in this game and I appreciate that it wasn’t unnecessarily shoved into places it didn’t need to be. Turning motion controls off literally hinders your gameplay. But that doesn’t mean it isn’t a hurdle you have to get over. It takes a while to get used to them. But once you do it becomes second nature. In the end this is an amazing game that rewards using your brain while also not being too hard.

    I bought this for my Zelda loving husband who has played the games since he was a kid. He loved the game and beat it. I actually started playing this on my switch as well and it was such a great game. This was the first Zelda game I’ve ever played. It got me playing Breath of the Wild when it came out.
