The game itself is good and good graphics but I have a steering wheel and pedals and have the game on the easiest setting I’m pretty sure and my wheel sensitivity all the way down and still can’t go more than 10 ft without spinning out so it’s very hard to control I’m gonna need lots of play time to get used to it but over all pretty good

i bought wrc 10 not exactly knowing what type of racing game i was getting into, but it has different game modes like carrer, quick play and practice where you can choose a rally car and get good at the game.
all in all i love it…

As someone who played and loved all of the Colin McRae games, I could not hate this SIM more if I tried. Just keeping your car going in a straight line is challenging enough without clipping a fan and having to start again or going flying off the side of a hill or bouncing off the armco……all I want is a GAME. You will spend more time setting this stupid thing up than you will playing….or simulating, as the case might be. The developers need to dumb it down and have a GAME function and a SIM function. Those who want to nerd out with setting the “saturation” ( whatever the F that is ) can sim themselves silly and let the rest of us have a McRae style GAME that only requires the choice of tyres and suspension height. I dream of McRae 2.0 with better graphics, more stages and more cars. WRC 10 is just overkill.

Wow am I glad I only paid $6 for this game as a Nintendo promotional download…. When did racing games stop being fast paced excitement to truly infuriating? You can’t play career mode with the car you want, you are constantly switching between cars they choose for every race that consist of FWD, RWD and AWD so nearly every race you are learning a completely different driving style with some cars tracking well and others spinning wildly out of control around turns. You have to select and manage crew members which is not the point of a racing game. Some of the game objectives are to REST a certain amount of times per race season. What in the actual hell. The tracks are insanely narrow with rocks and telephone poles you have to avoid constantly which is extremely difficult with a joystick. Also if you go slightly off track you get stuck in the side ditches that make it sometimes impossible to recover from. What happened to “the better you do, the more you upgrade your car”? This isnt even close to a simulation racing game, it’s just a terribly designed waste of time.
