The dock that came with our family Nintendo Switch stopped working a few months ago. I thought about buying a replacement, but I didn’t like the idea of having the bulk of the original dock always connected to my living room TV. The TreasLin Switch Dock, resolves that problem by packing the same functionality as the original docking station, into the form-factor of a small phone charger! It is impressive performance/power from such a small little package. Setup and configuration was really easy, and I appreciated the included instructions. It worked great with my 2020 era Nintendo switch and my wife and I were playing our favorites games on the living room TV again in no time. Good video quality, easy setup – that’s 5 stars in my book!

I like the compact size of it and doing everything dock can do. It can be recognized as a Nintendo switch gear by the identical color. There is a USB c cord coming with the charger but no HDMI. The quality is really good and all the function works. I can charge my Nintendo switch and hook to TV with HDMI, great for carry everywhere when traveling.

Great alternative for traveling. Takes up so much less room than the dock. It does exactly what it says it does. Super easy setup and has an extra USB slot for something like a USB Bluetooth thing. The USB C slot can also act as a fast phone charger as well.

Since I got a larger desk, I now keep my Switch there to play sometimes instead of on our larger TV so I needed a new dock for it and found this which is perfect since the dock itself takes up only the space of a wall wart!

It works great, looks nice with the switch colors, and does what I need it to do which is get my Switch onto one of my monitors or to my capture card. It outputs as best a signal as the Switch can put out and doesn’t appear to have any quirks some 3rd party docks (meaning those that actually hold the Switch up) where the Switch doesn’t quite seat perfectly on the USB-C pins so that the image or sound is weird, however, with this, since it’s just a C to C cable if I even have trouble with it, I can just replace it instead of the whole dock!

Overall, it works exactly as I need it to without taking up valuable space on my desk!

This worked well with my original version Nintendo Switch. Plug it in, attach an HDMI cable (not included) from the TV, and connect the included USB C cable to your switch and you’re done. Once you do that, the switch’s screen will go dark, and on the TV it will tell you to press the “a” button 3 times, but you do need to take the joycons off of the unit for them to respond (or use a different paired controller). It also comes with an extra USB port if you want to keep a phone or tablet charged as well. I really like that it gives you all of the benefit of the dock without taking up so much space in a travel bag.

I ordered this Nintendo Switch docking station from TreasLin because I wanted to be able to carry my Switch and accessories on a family vacation without having to carry the larger docking station that I have hooked up to the my television at home. This docking station is easy to use, and it works pretty simply. You simply use the USB-C cord that was provided with the docking station and insert that into the Switch. Then you need to provide a power cord for the other USB slot and an HDMI cord that you plug into the television/monitor. The Switch should work as expected once all three cords are plugged in. This replacement dock worked for me. It doesn’t come with the USB power cord or the HDMI cord, but everyone these days has spares laying around the house given how much technology is in each of our homes. They market this as a “replacement dock,” but for me it’s going to be a traveling dock station.
