   The Steam version is missing huge amount of content so it’s best played on the switch. This is my favorite game of all time and I still think about it every once in a while. The story is very Shakespearean and it’s a fantastic VN for newcomers that want to read VNs. One of the things I love about the game is that it uses a gothic art style instead of the Japanese anime art style. It makes it easier to adjust to France’s setting. 10/10

   Look my girl plays novel games and she said and I quote with tears running down her eyes ” I’ve never played a game this good, the story is amazing , the music is beautiful and it has eight endings!!”. I wont lie, the music does slap. Anywhere im watching get her fifth ending and im interested.

   Just finished the game. One of the best stories I’ve ever read. Fantastic music/artwork. The game is a pure visual novel; you will not be making many game impacting decisions. There is one main ending and multiple bad endings you can use a guide to find if you’re a completionist. If you’re a fan of visual novels this is a must-buy

   I’ve bought the games on Steam some years ago, and fell in love with the story and cast. I have “beef” with one of the characters and his fascination with a minor, but fortunately it’s not encouraged and leads nowhere. And that’s probably my “major” gripe with the story.

   I will say that the first game is quite long. It took me over 40 hours to complete, and I’ve seen similar reports from people who aren’t speed readers.

   Anyway, I mostly picked this up because I wanted a physical copy, updated art, and the Steam version doesn’t have the side stories (argh!).
