Suikoden 2 is hands down the best rpg ever made, how could you not love a remaster. An epic political RPG, with war, intrigue, friendship, heart break, and the greatest Villian of any video game series ever. Luca Blight. Weither it’s nostalgia, or your first adventure into the world of the true runes, buckle up, it’s the best adventure you’ll ever have. How envious I am that you get to embark on the quest for the 108 stars of destiny and get to learn of the true runes, the politics of each warring nation, and fall in love with the incredible 108, yes 108 characters that’ll fill your main cast of allies. Some of the great villain back stories ever written, mass strategy, and lovable kobolds await.

This was the most amazing experience. If you’re a JRPG fan, gamer or just an enjoyer of a good story, this is the game for you. Basically it’s Games of Thrones meets Final Fantasy. No wonder the second game is considered one of the best games of all time. The remaster adds some welcome quality of life changes to a classic game that holds up wonderfully. And you get two games in one. What an game!!!

This is a great way to get two classic (and very expensive) games from the PS1 days. I’ve never played them before and have been pleasantly surprised with how great they are. I wish they upgraded the graphics a little bit more and added some more modern conveniences, but this package is solid! Great games on an amazing system!
