   Skylanders is a great game and is easily playable for kids of all ages, even kids at heart. We had just gotten Dragons Peak in the mail today from Gamestop and were missing Wham Shell. I was, like many others, unwilling to pay the poachers premium of all the third party sellers on akiya-switch.com. My patience won out as I was able to get Wham Shell ordered on here at the 8.99 price during the last in stock burst. Have patience, check the site often. I have heard that Wham Shell had been back ordered until the first of June so now is the perfect time to watch his order page like a hawk as more will be pushed into the channel. Shame on all the third party vendors for trying to take advantage of the short supply of this great toy. I will not be purchasing anything from any of them and I suggest you do the same. I know akiya-switch.com is trying to make products available as best they can but they should also try to make it very clear when the product is coming from a third party. Some could easily confuse that and think it is akiya-switch.com charging these prices.

   I ordered this for my nephew as a Christmas gift since this was the main item that he wanted Santa to bring him. Per my nephew “this is the best Skylanders character ever” as he can do a lot more than some of the other characters. Although I felt it was a bit pricey, this character is extremely difficult to find since it’s a few years old. My only feedback was that although the seller showed that they had this in stock when I purchased it, it arrived later than I had expected compared to my experience with other purchases made from akiya-switch.com.com.

   After spending several months trying to locate this item in stores I gave up and ordered it on akiya-switch.com. It had been impossible to locate this on in Toys R Us, Walmart, Game Stop, Kmart and Target. I was very please when it arrived new and undamaged in the box. Now my collection of Skylanders is complete. The only thing about this Skylander that I do not care for is how flimsy the arms and legs are connected to it. Of all the 32 Skylanders this is the only one that I would be concerned with breakage from an accidental drop. All of the other Skylanders are very well made and do not have what I consider to be a design over sight.

   Pretty cool looking little figure like most of the other characters for Skylanders. Not so happy with the sellers price that is roughly 3 times retail price. I know this particular figure was both the last one released and rarer than many of the other ones, but the price did seem a little high.

   I spent a lot of time looking for this Skylander for my kids in the local stores. Unfortunately, it was never to be found. I dont know if this was an intentional thing by Activision to create demand and drive parents crazy or what. When it became the last one our neighbor and my kids needed I decided to check akiya-switch.com to see what they had. I was able to get them for $20 a piece. Sure, its a bit more than retail would be, I was not finding it at the local stores and had to pay the “scalper” fee as I am a bit of a completionist. If thats not you then this Skylander doesnt bring anything to the table that you cant get from one of the other water element Skylanders.

    The item arrived on time in its original packaging. However, i thought the item was brand new but it had been used. Luckily it made no difference in our case. Our son was still very happy to have it.

    This was the last of the original 32 Skylanders my family has purchased. My daughter loves this game. It is fun for our whole family. Even after beating all the levels and expansions she still has a blast leveling all of the characters. Can’t wait until Skylanders Giants is released this Fall. She now has 36 Skylanders (including 3 legendary and 1 Dark)and has fully leveled about half. LOL
