   I have a switch OLED model & I wanted a grip for the console to make playing a bit more comfortable. And I needed a case for travel. This kit was convenient as it was a bundle. However there are some issues that have me considering returning it. I’ll start with the grip first. I would have liked to get an all black grip & handles, Thats not offered. Didn’t want white because…well it won’t be white long, Right? So I had to settle for the red and blue set. The red and blue are super bright colored more so than you see in the pictures and I’m not a fan of them at all. The handles/grips also tend to unlock and slide on their own while playing. The little top clip that locks the screen in also keeps popping off. I will say the grip does fit the switch snugly which is nice. So I think the grip could use some improvements in the snap locking handles and a black color choice. Now onto the case. The switch with the grip on it just barely fits into the case. It has to be pressed in. There’s no storage in this thing really. I can fit 2 extra joy cons in the middle bottom of the case. After that no room to store the other grip handles, chargers, or anything else really. If you put them in the netted pouch in the top of the case it won’t close correctly. So the travel case needs a ton of improvements. So I’m not 100% happy with this purchase and strongly considering a return because of the issues listed. As I have seen other grips and travel cases that might better suit my needs for traveling.

   The grip works in some ways, not so great in other ways. It performed well while playing, but wasn’t so grippy on the handles. Kinda smooth there actually. A bit dangerous. That was one of my bigger complaints. Upon removing the grip, I saw what is now my biggest complaint, the paint on the Switch is being worn down by the grip. The grip is wearing down the back panel paint near where the kickstand is on the Switch. I don’t use the kickstand, so it’s not from that. I’ve provided pictures to show the spots. I’ve only had the unit for a couple months now and this is the damage. It’s faint on the one side, but it’s all only from a short period of use. Not good.

   I think this is a good grip for everyone. I’m interested in trying out the GripCase over this though, as that one is also dockable.
   I also think that the NeoGrip would be better if it covered more of the back of the Switch, but then again that’s what the GripCase is for.
   The grip has good ergonomics with all 3+ of the handle options. I personally prefer a Trigger grip on the left and Plus grip on the right. The trigger grips give your middle finger a good place to rest, which is something other popular grips lack.
   Because this grip is made specifically for the OLED and has an official modification to make it fit the original switch, it fits both very nicely without feeling too loose or too tight on either.
   The only issue I have with it is that while the plastic feels very high quality it is still hard plastic at the end of the day. I’d like it if Skull and Co made premium grips in the future with more rubberized materials for a better less sweaty handfeel.

   I was doing a lot of research to figure out the best grip for my switch. I have a V2 with a screen protector and this still works in my dock. Very comfortable. The carry case can fit the switch, an extra pair of grips, the slide on attachments for table top play, the charger, and more! I travel a lot and this case is now my go to with the grip. Well worth the money!!!

   Fits in your hands well came with three sets of grips. Still dockable and makes the OLED feel much sturdier in your hands than just the switch alone. The max case has room for ges charger and a spare set of grips if u like different grips for different games . But overall very Happy with the purchase.
