- Portable design with detachable Core Drive (pocket size), much smaller than the official dock.

- Detachable Core Drive (mini adapter): Multifunctional Hub Adapter provides all necessary ports, which work with not only SWITCH but also laptops and smartphones.
- The built-in DeX (TV Out) function can turn your smartphone into a computer (if it has the DeX function, such as the Samsung Galaxy S9 or S10).
- Only the PRO Jumpgate/Core Drive model is updatable through the Firmware App.

My Nintendo Switch dock stopped functioning, and Nintendo wasn’t offering warranty with their repair centers closed, so I was on the market for a third-party solution. The Jumpgate came up during my research for a smaller, more compact dock for home and travel. It’s not the smallest dock you can buy, but still incredibly small compared to the OEM dock. Bonus that the USB-C hub can be detached and used for other devices like a Macbook Pro. The cost is a bit higher than similar solutions, but it seems worth it considering the modular design and good build quality. Performed as expected with displaying the Switch onto my TV. 5 stars with my initial usage, and I’ll update here if anything changes.

The original switch had me spoiled with the dock charging setup. I loved being able to plop the system into the dock and it would charge, no fiddling with plugging in a charging cable. I wanted to replicate that experience with the switch lite. The “official” charge stand will not fit the lite if you have the (wonderful) skull and co case and grips, so this was really my only option.
It’s just as easy to “dock” the lite as the original system and it fits the skull & co case and grips with no issues. I did take the core out because I don’t need the extra connectivity since it won’t work with the lite anyway, but the dock by itself works perfectly with the official ac adaptor plugged into the back.
That said, it is a bit expensive for my use since I’m only using the dock and not the core, but the convenience for me is worth it.

Long time searching for a dock besides the official one from AYN to fit my Odin 2.
There is a nob installed in the craddle if you wish to use a Switch, but this nob is made to be easily removed.

deceptive/incorrect marketing photos, you have to plug the switch in upside down because there is no actual usb-c dock, its a cable that comes around the back of the device, this is essentially a stand with a cable not an actual dock you can place your switch in and out of…

It worked pretty well with the RP5, but keep in mind you have to update it to work with aftermarket docks…

Really awesome dock for multiple different devices including the Nintendo switch, use official charger with the switch. For other devices you can use a PD charger.

Bought this for my Odin 2 and once you remove the bump spacer for Nintendo Switches, fits perfectly. Mouse keyboard and video work well although I only tested at 1080p. It also charged Odin 2 with no issues. You will need to buy a USB-C power adapter since one does not come with it or you can use the one supplied with your device.
