Upon using this replacement screen in my switch, it actually caused an overload on the power rail and blew the display chip. So I now need a second screen and have the board repaired.

When I received the box I didn’t expect to get all the extra tools that I received. There was double-sided tape about five screwdrivers, screen protectors, and everything that goes along with those. I do have my own precision screwdriver kit that I use, so I didn’t end up using any of the tools that were included but it was nice to receive them. The digitizer and screen went in just like the factory one and I ended up reusing the gasket on the back of the digitizer for my original one that goes between the digitizer and the LCD.
