   It arrived in good condition. No scratches. It has a screen protector already on it. I wish id known that so that i wouldnt have bought extras. The console works great. My only complaint is that the “x” button on the right side joycon does not work most the time. Now i have to buy a new joycon and im pretty bummed about that

   Excellent product. I was worried since I purchased a used product. The product arrived smudged and a bit dirty, but it was ok. I cleaned the device and it looked good as new. The internals seem to be fine as I have used the device a few times in the past month and it works. Battery seems to hold just fine. I have purchased game cartridges and downloaded games. Both work just fine. The controllers work great, and mine to not sway to a si gle direction like other Joy Cons, that I have read. The cradle works great and plugs easily into all of my television sets. I highly recommend and you’ll be happy. I only use the device for a few hours a month so I wouldn’t say that I’m a heavy gamer. Very casual so a used unit fit my needs. Very impressed and quite happy.

   I got for my boyfriend as a surprise and he got me my own as a surprise at the same time.
   My boyfriend uses his almost every day and it has a great amount of space. He’s able to play the newer pokemon games with ease.

   The only thing that came in less that perfect condition was the back of the screen. It had a few scratches, but works amazing. The screen is unaffected and he got a protective case anyway so the scratches are never seen.

   Switch works well. Came a little dirty but overall fine. Very disappointing that the joy con straps were forgotten although they are advertised – when I called to have the missing items returned the only option was a full refund… ridiculous.

   I got this Nintendo switch for my mother for Christmas this year and she uses it to play animal crossing new horizons but when she plays it on dock mode the console says it needs to shut off due to overheating after only 5 to 10 minutes of gameplay this has almost completely ruined it for her and she can only play on the tablet mode if I knew this would happen I would have just gotten her a Nintendo switch lite
