I really like this case and it came as described. I like the inside of the case and that it is soft enough to cushion my switch. I like the strap that is has as well. The only thing I didn’t care for was the cover for the switch.
It is plastic and it was not the problem, but the plastic is bulky and hard to reach some of the buttons when you need to press them. It was also a tight fight when the case is on to put in the holder for the TV. I removed the case because it was too tight of a fit and I didn’t like the way it was on the controllers.
Everything else about what came with the package was fine. I love the case and how it is protective of my switch, so I would definitely recommend the actual case if anything.

The cover case is about 1/8” to wide so it won’t stay on the Nintendo. It says it is designed to fit but it doesn’t. This was a gift for my Granddaughter, so I’m really disappointed.
