This game is slow loading scenes. Like slower than normal for Nintendo Switch. It’s terrible and you can’t really skip cutscenes. The game itself is pretty easy to navigate with only 2 buttons.

Overall, it is a good game for younger kids. The mechanics are simple and there are few buttons to push. It is a clear left to right platformer for the most part, which makes it easy for younger audiences.
However, it is clear that it was intended for the player to replay each level multiple times. The stars found in each level are easy to miss, requiring the player to either finish the level and start again or restart from the very beginning. This can cause frustration for anyone trying to 100% it without a walk-through. A checkpoint or restart act mechanic would have completely alleviated this issue.

This was given to my son as a gift. The product description says that it’s the “SE-Asia” version, and I was nervous it wouldn’t work on our switch (in the US). Everything I read said that it would work, so we opened it and were relieved to find out that it does work.
