   Unfortunately we never were able to get the microphone to work. We tried every adjustment on the Switch and nothing helped. I’ll try buying them again… hopefully we just happened to get a faulty pair is all.

   Got these for the kid for Christmas and they stopped working today. Come to find out for the last 3 months sound was only coming out of one side and the kid did but want to bother me with it. Now no sound comes out. With it being a licensed product this think the quality would be there but I guess not. Seriously disappointed. Don’t waste you money on these.

   When I got this I loved it, I had a mic I can play with my friends and everything was going well, can even use the mic when the Nintendo is on the charging deck. Until about a week or so later. The mic had stopped working, and then it started working again and then stopped. I did the retiring thing on here and they send me a new one, one day before it’s due. So, far so good as of right now. Update later!

   Habe das Headset meinem 10 Jahre alten Sohn zum Geburtstag geschenkt und er hat sich sehr gefreut. Man kann die Größe passend einstellen, die Lautstärke regulieren und das Kabel ist auch lang genug. Die Qualität der Lautsprecher ist gut, man versteht alles klar und deutlich und auch wenn die Kopfhörer auf der lautesten Lautstärke ist bekommt man keinen Hörschaden. Die Farben sind auch sehr schön.

    The mic is not compatible with switch. Switch consoles use USB Type C for their mics. This headset uses the regular headphones jack which doesn’t work for a mic.

    After having trouble finding a headset that had voice support on FORTNITE with the SWITCH, I found these. When first connected, the mic did NOT work. My son was so disappointed. However, the problem lies in the game settings within the game itself. I never would have figured this out but the headphones have a code to scan for the product guide, and one of the subsections was literally “Why won’t my mic work with FORTNITE?” Turns out it will, but you have to go into the sound / mic control within the game itself (not the switch settings, but the game settings!) to make it work. Once we did that, it’s been working fine.

    Ordered one white and one blue and gold and got the wrong color instead of blue and gold I got red and blue. I don’t want to deal with the return/ exchange to get the blue and gold but kinda disappointed but the white one is nice. Also I paid more for the blue and gold by like $5.
