   we bought this for my 11 yr old nephew. he only wanted it so he could play Monster Jam games. he does like the Mario Kart that came with it. (only for i think 6 months ) it took my sister a while to get it to work (we have no idea what we are doing with game systems). now they both compete with each other. i think it was a good bargain for the price

   I was able to download the Mario kart game with no problem. I had played with that and the switch worked fine. Graphics are great. However, I had also bought 2 brand new games(sports, Fishing Star world tour) and got the card read error on both. I’m new to gaming so had no other cards to try but, I assume since both games were brand new, the cards were not the problem. The system software was current as well. Game is still under warranty, the Nintendo support site was easy to use to create my repair ticket and print a pre-paid shipping label. Overall, I’m pretty disappointed with the product. This thing should never have passed Quality control at the factory. I’ll be shipping the package today and assume it will be a while before I get it back with the busy holiday season upon us.

The games are super well made, the system runs great, and honestly, I’d buy it again in a heartbeat. Fun for the whole family—and a surprisingly effective parenting tool!     Bought this for my adult self and I am glad I did. Games, both downloaded and physical copies, play seamlessly with great visual quality. Good sound for such a small device.
