BUYER BEWARE!!! This product is REFURBISHED. It does not clarify that ANYWHERE in the product description. I worked for a cellphone company for nearly 4 years. I know what refurbished means… however I have NEVER heard it called “renewed”. I did not know this until I saw the “ guaranteed refurbished “ card that came in it!!! If I wanted a refurbished one, I would NOT be buying it at the same cost a NEW one would pretty close be sold to.. I was under the impression it was NEW and a deal.. I was wrong.
The labeling on this product is a play on words and not clear ANYWHERE in the description!! I would be returning it for false/deceptive advertisement, but I have already redeemed the game code…

I was sooo happy to set it up with my TV and play multiplayer mario kart.
The game is not a download code, which I thought it was. But I dont mind that too much.
I am on the 3rd or 4th month of playing, and there are still no issues with the system!

Now getting Internet error code ..can’t connect at all. Initialized console..can’t set up because of error code 2110-3128
I am internet savy and it just stopped working. All other devices can connect easy. This was a refurbished switch.
Get corrupted data issues too. Disappointed.
