I didn’t totally read the description about renewed i thought it was new and improved it wasnt till Christmas when he opened it and my heart dropped. It looks new and everything works fine but i wanted new. Next time i will read the description better. But I also bought the warranty and my son says it works fine.

Have been trying to contact seller with issue and still getting no response. My Joycon straps are broken. Such a small issue but when paying so much you want things right. Still waiting
