I purchased this game as a Christmas gift for my Grandson. He has enjoyed playing it until recently. Now it does not work at all.
He is so disappointed. We’ve tried everything, but had no luck. I would think this game would last longer than 4-1/2 months!

The game is good. It is 2k22 and I would be the standard edition. With the extra money I paid for this I got none of the bonus content. There was an error in the codes I was sent and didn’t get anything. akiya-switch.com tried everything to help but really it is up to 2k. They would not confirm my purchase was valid because the email I was sent when I made my purchase didn’t have everything they require it to have. I showed them every form and proof of purchase possible and they refuse to help me without the style of email confirmation that akiya-switch.com used several years ago…

Pre ordered this game (75th edition) because my son was really looking forward to the rewards that come with this particular pre order. He got the game and the right case…but he did not get the right rewards or codes! The codes it gave him were for the general game. Not the 75th edition rewards he was looking so forward to having.
