   These made playing older games on the switch SO much easier. You do have to tweak the button mapping though. Zelda: Ocarina of Time is particularly difficult if you don’t use the right set up. Follow the “Tips” guide first, took us forever to sync ours because we did not enable the power controller setting first! Long battery life and durable design. With these we have been able to reign supreme over our kids who dared challenge us to Mario Kart 64 😈

   Build, function and value on these is very good. They connect to a Switch as advertised, and are excellent for playing old N64 games there. But they straight up do not work on apple devices. The controller and USB receiver pair properly, and the device shows up as a Nintendo controller in the system report, but none of the Apple OSs recognize them as a game controller. To be clear this is on Apple for limited controller support, but the akiya-switch.com product page is blatantly wrong and that is the sole reason I do not give these 5 stars.

   My husband got a lot of Nintendo 64 games on his Switch, but it didn’t feel authentic enough playing with different controllers. We were very skeptical purchasing these, but very happy we did! Works exactly like described. Would definitely buy again!

   These N64 controllers are great! Sadly, the color choices aren’t the best, but you can get two of these for the price of one official Nintendo branded Wireless N64 controller. It feels so surreal playing on one of these without a wire coming out of it, but it feels so liberating at the same time. No clunky wires getting in the way truly makes these a game changer. The best part is, I’m using these with my PC and Project64 remembers the configuration I initially set it up with! I’ve bought other USB N64 controllers before, and for some reason I’d have to constantly remap the controls after closing Project 64 or reboot my computer. I can’t wait to beat my family at Mario Party with these bad boys! Definitely recommended.

   The c-up and c-right buttons are not mapped in d-input nor x-input modes, thus you will need third party software for full functionality. Returned.

   Feels good in the hands, if that top part doesn’t bother you. My money and time are too valuable, I will look for a different product.

   Wanted to play some old school N64 games and it just was not the same without the actual controllers. These controllers are a 1:1 scale of the original controllers and they are light weight with long battery life. I was pleasantly surprised by the responsiveness of these and have countless hours of gaming on this with my partner. The 2 included usb cables are a nice bonus, as I break cables all the time.
