   On the switch this game is a BLAST to play, it goes without saying how fun it is. But here is my real reason i decided to give a review. I especially recommend this if you actually would like to learn a little japanese. This game actually encouraged me to learn the language. I’ve only had it for 4 days, and I’ve seen MASSIVE improvement on a DAILY bases. Now i can almost decipher what the npcs are saying with out Google translate(i do recommend having google translate handy), and it’s satisfying when i know what other online players are saying. My in game name is Kaido and while online one of the other player typed in かいどさん? When i realized she was saying my name i went HAM. 😱😂 The game helps with memorizing the hiragana and katakana symbols, ハンタ ~さン means hanta-san for example. It appears a lot so now it’ll be hard for me to forget that. And deciphering actually “ADDS” to the fun of the game. Now it’s not just meaningless filler dialogue but rather I’m now a “foreigner” learning to mingle with the natives and its extremely satisfying (when my Wi-Fi is working). To me this game turned into an investment in disguise. Do your self a favor and get the game if your interested in the language. Hell, get any japanese game cause I might be doing so from now on.

   Not for casual gamers but if you’ve played Monster Hunter before and want a switch game get this. I don’t speak Japanese but am familiar with the series for a few… Generations lol and know the menus and weapons and can easily find any info online I need.

   This is a great game. If you are a fan of the monster hunter series and have a Nintendo switch, this is a must buy. It might be difficult to understand at first, but if you can get past that, then you wont be disappointed.

   Das Spiel ist klasse! Wenn manche Leute zu lahm sind, um sich vorher zu informieren, dann ist das deren Schuld und nicht die des Spiels! Ist im Prinzip ein aufgemotztes MH Generations… Nur eben komplett auf Japanisch.

   Have already put 200 hours into the game since release on my American switch. This game is the sequel/complete edition of Monster Hunter Generations on 3ds. Hardcore fans of Monster Hunter will get a hang of this in no time regardless of the Japanese language. It’s a blast with friends and has some very neat end game content, including transmogrification allowing you to hunt for fashion sets that don’t effect stats. Always have Google translate and mission guides at the ready and you are all set. Game looks and performs beautifully on docked mode and with joycons. My copy arrived after about a week with expedited shipping in perfect condition.

   Este juego tiene prácticamente todos los monstruos grandes de anteriores entregas a falta de 6 u 8 ,cuenta con el lao san, faltalis y sus variantes y dragones ancianos como kushala daora, chameleos o teostra el juego en modo offline tiene rango bajo hasta 6 estrellas y rango alto hasta 10,en modo online tiene el rango bajo hasta 3 estrellas y alto de 4 estrellas a 8 estrellas y rango g1 ,g2,g3 si has jugado a juegos de esta saga sabes las horas de juego que proporciona y este es el que mas contenido tiene de todos a dia de hoy,ademas de contar con muchas misiones descargables tanto normales como de desafio .Por ultimo comentar el mayor punto negativo esta completamente en japones (textos y audios) ,esto no sera un problema para aquellos que jugasen a entregas anteriores y para los que la historia no sea importante, ya que mediante los dibujos de los menús y la web de kamico como guía se puede jugar perfectamente y dado que es la única opción de jugarlo en switch ya que no ha salido de japon

   It’s no MH World – and it is MH XX on your Switch – as Capcom somewhat confirmed no World coming to the Switch, this will be the only MH game for Nintendo in a while. Definitely a step up since its 3DS incarnation – the graphics aren’t anything to write home about. Gameplay is solid, however, that framerate drops noticeably, and I’m not even a stickler for framerates.
