   Honestly bought this to make sure I got a Magnamalo amiibo, thinking they wouldn’t be sold separately. They are. At least it is a very badass looking amiibo, that has tons of detail and feels very premium. The stickers are okay and in the neat calligraphy style the game uses. The hunter pin is also pretty cool. I guess they feel like pre-order bonuses than anything really. Just feels disappointing for a CE.

   The game on the otherhand is absolutely awesome and the most fun, accessible MH yet. If this gets the same support previous games have, there will be content for years to come, making it a great value. It’s even more fun with friends! I would just recommend getting the game and amiibo on their own if you can.

   Quite disappointed to receive damaged package as this is collector ‘s edition. Item was not bubble wrapped. Will display out of the box instead. As I have already got the game, wanted to get this just for collection.

   If you enjoyed MH on the 3DS, and enjoyed the quality of life improvements that World brought, you’ll adore Rise. It’s absolutely stunning how they brought the series back to its roots, tons of monsters, brought in the improvements that World started, and then built on it. Between Palamutes and wire bugs, your Hunter has never been so mobile – it’s like everyone has an insect glaive now, and it is stunning to see and experience. A new landmark in the series, this game can’t be skipped by anyone who calls themselves a fan of the series

   I was extremely lucky to still grab this collectors Edition at regular price as I see it’s going 2x to 3x the normal value. As a long time monster hunter fan since the ps2 era gotta say its refreshing to see new mechanics mix in to help build upon like some of the other best monster hunter games before it monster hunter world and monster hunter generations ultimate. With the new wire bug it calls for some great traverse moments around the new map locations. A new addition to the franchise also is monster riding pretty much knocking down any monster and using your wire bug you can take control and ride your monster to take down and do some serious damage to other monsters you are hunting. So with that said If you need to play monster hunter rise do yourself a favor and buy the standard game nothing really missing out on the collectors edition worth spending so much except the magnamalo amiibo that provides in-game items. I would also keep an eye out for the other palamute and pelico amiibos as well those are exclusively to GameStop and will be extremely hard to find as well. Good luck Hunters !!
