The Switch version at the time of writing this doesn’t support online multiplayer.

Was expecting to just have Kingdom:New Lands and Kingdom:Two Crowns, but it turned out there were 3 versions of Two Crowns. Even though they are all just different skins for the same game, they are still enjoyable. Especially Shogun. Anyone who played the first Kingdom game won’t regret this purchase.

This is NOT a third game. This is Kingdom: Two Crowns including the DLCs Kingdom: Shōgun and Kingdom: Deadlands, along with the second game Kingdom: New Lands. A lot of people were complaining when they ordered it that they thought it was a third game. If you’re looking for all of the Kingdom games, this is it! They’re fun, and you’ll play for hours.

This game is honestly one of my favorite games I enjoy playing with. It is extremely addictive! I literally can play this all night. I highly recommend this game for people who like strategic games. I’ve heated all the courses and Lands And hope they update the game, so that I can have new levels lol. I really enjoy this game a lot. Highly recommend!

Two FANTASTIC Kingdom games in one pretty package! I LOVE these games, they are actually what got me into gaming. They are beautiful and addicting strategy games FULL of atmosphere. This game has been handled so well by the developers with cross platform saves (a relief because I put 150+ hours into my copy on steam before I got my switch and moved over), and with constant free large content updates. Like its crazy how much new content Kingdom two crowns has accrued over the past few years. I would have paid for it as DLC but I was delighted to get it for free. These developers truly care and deserve all the support we can give them. They are a glowing example on how to make games. I prefer these games on Switch, so this physical cartridge and case is something I treasure. I recommend this game(s) 100%. Give it a shot!

This game was a bit boring and hard to figure out what you are supposed to do at first. I almost quit playing this game as I kept running out of money or dying. For some reason I kept at it and after a while I got the hang of it. Once that happened, I have to admit, it really is hard to stop playing this game. It’s very addicting and fun to play. However, I do see that after 10-20 hours you maybe get a little bored as it can be a bit repetitive but I haven’t had the game long enough to see if that will happen to me yet. I got this game for $14.99 and I think it was well worth the money. If you can get it for $19.99 I would say its still worth it. For $29.99 I would say think about it cause unless you are a fan of tower defense games then you probably should stay away from this game. Hope this review was helpful. Thanks for reading.

I was introduced to this game in co-op mode ans I was allowed to still discover elements on my own without too much “giving it all away”. After that (in my opinion) too short experience, I couldn’t stop thinking about the game and had to get this for my self. One of the most addictive parts is the music. You can play for may hours on end and the music blends in, yet greatly enhances your experience – and then it stays with you when you’re not playing (I’ve heard this happens to other players too).
This version is great because you get the 3 new versions playable in Two Crowns plus New Lands, which, to my understanding, is an enhancement of the classic/original version.
I highly recommend this game!

GOOD!

Wow! I play this co-op with my 8yo kid and we’re both having a blast! The mechanics are simple enough to understand although the game could use a tutorial or a few more hints. I had to rely on youtube a couple of times to figure out the essentials. We’re about 15 hours in and I can tell this game is highly addictive to both of us. I particularly enjoy the split screen co-op that lets each of us move independently across the level without being bound by the other player’s location. I used to play a lot of RTS back in the days and this reminds me of the genre even if it’s set up as a side scroller. On the negative side, the game is lagging a lot when the enemy attacks in large quantities. Also, the physical copy is as empty as it can be. The inner cover is plain white and there are no goodies. For a game that has so much spirit, I would’ve expected more. But it’s definitely worth buying!

Absolutely stunning but easy to understand pixel art makes this minimalist strategy game an excellent experience for those looking to try something a little different.
As a ruler of a kingdom, the player is limited in their actions, only able to use their coins to direct their people to do certain tasks. This means they are completely reliant on other for protection and production of resources. This, combined with the fact that all actions require resources to do, makes each decision a tough one.
Overall I had a great time learning the ins and outs of the game and will look forward to the developers future work. It also included the original rougelike version too so two games for the price of one!
