When I first picked up a Deck I went with a Spigen case and then realized that it will not fit in the case and it didn’t provide protection for the entire device. The fact that this protects your Deck with a clamshell design and allows you to toss it into your backpack without worry, without the bulk (or need) of an additional carrying case, is great. The strap on the back allows you to easily strap a power bank to your Deck as well which can more than double your battery life while not making the Steam Deck cumbersome to use (it does not impede any of the controls at all). The last thing regarding the design of this case that deserves praise is how it protects the sticks. For a little more the option of this case with the 2-pack screen protector is a no-brainer.
