There are 3 different sides you can play but you can’t play the other two until you have gone through the campaign of the first faction, and you can’t play the third faction until you have gone through the campaign of the second. I bought the game because the 2nd faction because it appealed to me only to find out I can’t play it yet. Boo. I hate when game developers pull this kind of stuff. I didn’t buy the game to only be able to play one side. The game is kind of like advance wars but with vampires and overall the game is fun but I don’t think I would have bought it if I had known what I know now.
Update:
There are some glitches that need to be patched in this game. For one you can’t select units on the back row when you go to battle unless you rotate the map; but the worst one is units will move when you go to attack when there is no indication that the unit will move. Normally you will see a line/arrow on the ground if the unit is going to move but there are times when you do not get this. The game needs to be patched badly and makes me wonder if they did any kind of game testing before releasing it.

Hey kids! Wanna play a game that is very clearly made for touch screen controls, to the point of *gasp* feeling like a phone port?!?! Then this is the game for you!
Yeah, couldn’t get too into this game as the control was horrible and I was expecting to be asked to make an in app purchase or wait 24 hours for my energy to refill.
If you can get into the concept of a mobile phone interface / style strategy game then you might like this, otherwise it’s not really worth the money.

The product was delivered on time and quickly and in perfect physical condition. The only issue is that the wrong region version was sent to me than what was displayed by seller.
