   This is an awesome controller and it’s perfect for my switch and my PC. I love the feel of it, it has held up great in the past four months and I have been pretty hard on it. One thing that I will say is that i play rocket league and it’s amazing for that. However, I like my right trigger to be in the short trigger mode and I press it pretty hard all the time and overtime it has gotten to be a little bit squishy rather than clicky which makes me nervous that it is deteriorating. But it still works completely fine and it’s hardly even noticeable I’m just a little picky and observant. I also LOVE the controller case that comes with it. It makes it so easy to pack with me and have the PC usb on hand when I want so I can just slip it in my backpack and it doesn’t take up any more space than it needs to and I don’t ever have to worry about it getting damaged while in by backpack. The RGB lights are perfect and the customization on this thing is crazy. Overall I love this controller and if you’re thinking about getting it, I highly recommend…. I did a ton of research before buying it and I can say as of today it’s the best controller for switch and PC on the market for sure!

   The controller worked fantastically until last night. Lasted about 2 months. I was only ever as rough on the triggers as I have been with every other controller I have ever used. The mounting arm for the trigger is made with a thin plastic, and if it breaks the whole controller is basically unusable. It worked great but I will not be buying another one. $60 is far too much to buy a controller every 2 months.

   Der Gulikit MAX ist ein sehr guter Controller. Er liegt gut in der Hand, obwohl ich sehr große Hände habe, und die Tasten sind gut zu erreichen und reagieren präzise. Die Verarbeitung ist hochwertig, was den etwas höheren Preis rechtfertigt. Die Bluetooth-Verbindung ist stabil und die Akkulaufzeit ist in Ordnung.

   Ich verwende ihn hauptsächlich für meine Switch und bin mit dem Spielerlebnis zufrieden. Es gibt sicherlich günstigere Controller auf dem Markt, aber wenn du Wert auf Qualität und Präzision legst, ist der Gulikit eine gute Wahl.

   Bought it for the hope that it was a more rigid and luxury feeling control versus the xbox controller. And im not dissapointed, it feels great in the hands. Got so many settings to make it personalised.
   One thing making it a 4/5 is the connection issues. Its not as plug and play as the xbox controller and it might need a restart after laying on the table over night to connect. Not a big issue but a annoying thing to deal with.

   Positive Review — Unsure how to describe perfect control, but after using the original N.6.4. controller when it was brand new back in the “day”, I’ve never had perfect control of “the Plummer”, or any other 3D/2D game ever since. These magnetic sticks provide “specific” control that has me “tip toeing” around corners and finding secrets that always had me “falling” or mis-stepping. Experience — I’m reliving games that I’ve long since thought I’d never play again because of the “broken control” that would always kill me, or make the game become a headache because of missing that “trick”. Pros — Very happy with the unit. So many settings, and the ability to turn off the LED lights is a big bonus for me. I wound up dropping a black-out sticker to reduce the amount of light that shined when the battery was low, or charging, etc. The light remains fully lit when a setting is modified, so reducing that light in your face was nice. I may drop “dimmer” stickers on the two little dots so I can just barely see them when needed. Bonus — The FLIPPERs on the bottom of the controller are now metal, and they are PERFECT for quickly swapping out for the game of your choice to ease finger fatigue when playing Kart race, or any other racing game. Playing a non-stop key press type game or other type of “rapped” key hitting is now an easy flick of the finger inward, instead of pounding a key. I am MOST impressed by these flippers. THANK YOU! Cons — From a macOS machine, I tried to update the firmware of the first unit I received, and bricked it. Tech Support was so responsive and helped me evaluate the process and determine the first unit needed to be swapped out as I had no way of resetting the firmware. TIP — Just leave the firmware you receive alone, it works great (4.0 in my case). I am having zero problems now. Confusion until you know — You can accidentally hold the gear icon (center) and hit a key, which makes it a “repeater” key, then the second time you do this makes it an “auto” key. I thought my analog right flipper was messed up until I realized it was set as an “auto” key. Once toggled back to normal, it was perfect. TLdr; — Leave the firmware alone, read the instructions on how the GEAR icon works, enjoy the flippers, and have the BEST tight corner character control you have ever experienced.    I use this for my switch and my PC, it works great! I haven’t bothered to use the bluetooth feature, so I can’t speak to that, but it’s excellent when used with the cord. Easy to connect, easy to switch devices, easy to turn on/off, no drift (so far), and it came with extra things I wasn’t even expecting: a dust cloth, replacement buttons, additional buttons for the back of the controller, and joystick covers (for better grip, I think. Idk, but I like them). I don’t know if I have small hands, but I’ve had trouble reaching/using the triggers in the past with other controllers that seemed too big, but I don’t think I’ve noticed that with this controller. I wouldn’t call it a “small” controller, but it’s comfortable for me to use and I can reach everything at once (except for the + and – buttons, but I can never reach those). And I don’t have any issues with how any of the buttons feel, but I don’t have much to compare it too either.

   TLDR: I really like this controller, 100% would buy again.

    Its been maybe two weeks since I got this thing and it already is breaking. The left analog trigger is coming apart and feels like its grinding against the plastic of the shell. The analog sticks are stiff and not responsive enough for the precision I want out of them. A regular $40 dollar xbox controller might not have hall effect sticks but at least the analog sticks feel nice and responsive.

    **UPDATE** After 6 months the Left Trigger broke. I have not dropped it and I’m not hard on controllers. I booted up Helldivers 2 and felt the left trigger fully dislodge when loading into a match. I’ve also had some weird hiccups with a ‘Microsoft Visual C++’ error popping up when reconnecting the controller. I was hoping this would last a bit longer than a regular Microsoft controller, but I am very disappointed. **Original Review** So first off, I absolutely love this controller… for everything but fighting games. Which happened to be what I tried this controller out for. I am a Pad player who uses the Dpad for fighting games and when you press the down button it has a tendency to rock very easily towards left and right causing you to input a diagonal instead of down first. As for the rest tho… I actually bought this controller on accident (meant to get the KK2 Max) since all my Xbox controllers shoulder buttons broke within a 1-2 years of use. The feel of this controller is amazing, for the price it rivals the Elite 2 easy. I like the back paddles but I don’t love them. I actually meant to buy the Max version but got this one by accident, but the paddles on the Elite 2 and what look to come with the Max version feel more natural. Everything else is gold, the buttons feel great, the sticks with the direction LED’s look awesome (though I wish you could change them to Red or another color) and the triggers are precise and feel solid and singular similar to the Playstation controllers rather than having a solid piece that might break after just a year or two of use (I’m looking at you Xbox controllers). Also has a macro function but I didn’t find it useful and the back button mapping is super easy though I do like the Elites profile option a little better as you have to do a quick remap for each game you use them in. Lastly one of the coolest features that you’ll continue to hit on accident is the Screenshot button via Steam. Where most controllers have their start and select, this has a home and screenshot key with out of the box compatibility with Steam. It takes some getting used to unless maybe you play a lot of PS4/5 since they’re in a similar position, but overall it was actually really dope being able to just screenshot on the fly right on the controller. Overall if you’ve been disappointed with Xbox’s controllers like me despite their pervasiveness for PC gaming, or you want a cheaper alternative to a lot of the elite controllers coming out lately, this is it. Honestly would have been closer to 5 stars if the Dpad was a little better and it had remapping/macro software with it, but also not having to download another program is a plus in itself so, take that as you will.
