I bought one and it was great for awhile. My one complaint about the controller itself is that you have no heads up when it’s dying because you can’t see the flashing LED during normal use.
Because of the above this gets 2 stars instead of 1 star.
The battery life is awful.
Now I don’t mean the ‘fully charged time’ to the ‘I need to plug it’ in time; I mean the battery only lasted 15 months. By the time I got to month 15 of owning it it was down to about 30 minutes of charge at full charge. Over the course of 2-3 weeks it dropped fast, from a few hours to a little over an hour, to 30 minutes.
I emailed customer support over a month ago and haven’t gotten a response.
After waiting over a week to hear from Customer Support, I tried emailing the sales team and got no response. Both emails were me asking if I can buy a new battery; never seen a company not respond to me offering them money, but here we are.

It’s a damn shame, because I LIKE the controller, but the battery issues and lack of customer support means I can’t recommend it.
