   Should be made absolutely clear that this is a download code only and does not include a physical game. Code also doesn’t download on an Australian Switch so this has been a big waste of money. Why is it available for Australian buyers?

   Bought this game for my son for Christmas and the code doesn’t work, we called Nintendo to see if it was an issue with out device and they said the code was good and to contact akiya-switch.com about getting a different code but i don’t see how akiya-switch.com can help me with that.

   I ordered this game for my nephew. When he opened it there is no game in the package. I see some of the games have a download code but this one does not and clearly had a spot for the game to be included in the package. I have tried contacting the manufacturer, but got sent to an under construction webpage with no useful info. I live in the Bahamas and used a freight forwarder so I can’t return it (which is the only option akiya-switch.com provided). I’m very disappointed.

   Purchased this as a gift for my nephew’s birthday. It arrived in a decorative case with a download code inside. However, when they entered the code to attempt to download the game, they received an error message saying “The item corresponding to the code you entered is not currently available”. All instructions on the case had been followed, so it appears we were just sent an invalid code. Unfortunately, since I purchased in advance, by the time I gave the gift and we realized that the code didn’t work, the return window had closed. So this was a complete waste of money!

    Lots of fun. It’s like a puzzle where you have to find all the pieces which makes it very challenging. Great graphics and story line to keep you interested! Really enjoying this game!

    Read the reviews that it does work for some in the US but some codes dont work but the game its self does / is compatible… would be nice if the code work! Major let down. I am sending mine back and not re ordering this game or any game that comes with a code vs a an actual sim card or disc! Dont waste your time with this product you will be disappointed!!!!

    If you’re old, like me, and you enjoyed the old text-based adventure games that were out when we were kids (Zork, Wishbringer, etc), then you’ll probably like this one. There’s not much first-person action. You talk to people, gather inventory, and use your brain to solve puzzles rather than just fight. I didn’t know they still made games like this, and I wish there were more like this one. I found it clever and very atmospheric. I laughed at the dialogue while feeling creepy vibes.

    However, if you’re (quite reasonably) expecting more of a modern game where you use weapons and fight rather than solving puzzles, you’ll probably be disappointed with this one. You’ll need to do a lot of reading and thinking to figure out what to do next, so avoid this one if you don’t like reading while playing video games. I would guess that this one is more suited to adults than kids.
