   I bought this item as a replacement unit. It was listed as “Like New” condition, but is drifting more than the unit I needed to replace. Pretty ridiculous that drifting units are being sold as “Like New” condition in the first place, but the analog stick cap was warped and popped off within two minutes of use.

   There was no box, or original packaging, just bubble wrap, to which I was dismissive and figured it should be safe enough… nope. Could not get the console passed press A because apparently every wrong button stays pressed… Could not get into the calibration screen to even try to calibrate the controller. It’s a lemon and now it’s well passed the return date and that stupidity is on me and my lazy self. Since I am certain it’s passed it’s warranty date, maybe I’ll try my hand at taking it apart to try to fix it myself, or maybe I’ll just junk it.

   When I received it, the control stick drifted and the shoulder buttons didn’t work. Trying to get a refund to cover repairs, since it’s not returnable.

   Did not get a new control but a used one and it’s not even gently used it’s scuffed up and scratched and I had to take it apart to clean it cause there was animal hair and dirt lodged in it. Had I’d known it was a used controller I would have just bought a brand new one. Also didn’t come with the wrist strap had to contact the seller for it.
