   I gave it a chance.. but was completely disappointed. The whole day is complete in 23 minutes.. Noby gets tired after minimal work and requires naps to regain energy.. The cut scenes took up most of the time. This game is only good for the nostalgia.. The art is decent but over all.. I would have a hard time rating this game more than 1 star.

   Meh. Introduction and cut scenes are VERY, VERY long. Town map is good. Ok, but no Harvest Moon.

   My special needs adult sister got this game for Christmas as a surprise for her new Nintendo Switch. She’s played almost all of the Story of Season and Harvest Moon games across all the platforms. Once she figured out the the controls, she really liked this game. The story line is engaging and it’s easy to activate cut scenes. She likes the dialog and the socializing. The crossover with Doremon is fun. Her only complaint is she can’t play as a girl. She likes to mine and catch bugs the best. She also likes that tending animals doesn’t drain the character’s energy.

   First of all, I’ll give credit where credit is due, the art style is very unique and cartoony, for anyone like me who grew up watching doraemon, its great, the play style has more things to do than your usual farming game. But the negative outweigh the positive, first of it, the game revolves around you using your stamina bar to do action, but you can’t see it unless you constantly go back into your inventory. The farming keeps repeating, there’s no quality of life updates, like sprinklers, its just get repetitive and boring over time. Like what i said in the title, this game is more of a Nostalgia more than anything else, that’s about it

   Just buy a regular SoS game and skip this one.
   You can’t get married, change clothes, I don’t know what Doraemon is, but I am very familiar with SoS and this was a huge letdown.
   The cutscenes/intro are painfully long, the controls have a weird issue where the character will only walk in certain directions instead of run, and no it’s not an issue with my switch itself. The story isn’t good either.
