   Doom on Switch is awesome. Its an absolute blast to play. There are slowdown and audio glitches audio glitch but they far and few between and don’t ruin the game. When playing with the Joycons I found increasing Horizontal Sensitivity to 30, Vertical Sensitivity to 22 and Look Smoothing to 85 greatly improved the controls. The Pro Controller works great with no changes, and for reference defaults to 40 Horizontal Sensitivity, 32 Vertical Sensitivity, and 90 Look Smoothing. Both the Joycons and Pro controller have separate profiles which can be changed without effecting each other.

   Doom for Nintendo switch is very good. I’ll admit I was very skeptical, as my brother, who plays Doom on PC kept telling me not to get it. Doom is a fast paced first person shooter and it looks and plays best at greater than or equal to 1080p resolution at 60 frames per second. The Nintendo switch version honestly does not come close, but it is worth the trade off. At a solid 30 frames a second and decent resolution (keep in mind a lot of the textures are scaled down), it is still one of the best fps shooters I have ever played. It is the definition of fun. If you have never played Doom, and own a Nintendo switch I urge you to go for it. But if you have played Doom on a more capable platform, the trade offs are a lot more noticeable. In return you get to play Doom anywhere, and it is still a really great game, and 100% playable. One more thing I think I should mention, at certain points the audio is really low and hard to hear, and sometimes just cuts out completely (very temporary). This isn’t that big of a deal for me, and it still sounds amazing in my opinion. The pictures attached were taken by my iPad, it looks better in person.

   I bought this item to save some space on an awesome game. Currently it takes up almost 9GB, almost as much as Doom 3 for Switch, saving me 11 GB overall. Like: I like that the item arrived on time. I had no issues with the seller. Dislike: The plastic case was cut. It looks like someone cut it with a box cutter and I received my product in an easy open, cushioned mailing pouch. All I did was tear it off. The seller listed it as Very Good. Everything else about the package was adequate.

   Really enjoyable. I’ve been playing almost nonstop since the game arrived yesterday. A lot of people have been saying that playing handheld feels clumsy, but I’ve not noticed this at all. On the tv, there can be a little lag and fogginess, but it is not too noticeable and doesn’t affect the gameplay.

    The port
    DOOM for switch is a very optimized version, it has been perfectly tailored for the system. This version provides the same brutal doom experience you find in PC or other consoles, as someone who owns and completed the PS4 game, I can say that I’m very satisfied with the port and don’t plan to go back to play the PS4 version. This is easily the best looking game on switch, it runs at stable 30 fps.

    The Game
    The game itself is fantastic, the campaign alone is worth the full price, the best campaign you’ll find in any modern FPS. Muliplayer is insanely fast and satisfying, the progression system is so well designed that you’ll always find yourself playing more and more to obtain the myriad of unlockables.
    It has a huge repertory of game modes, both team based and free for all, plus the classic DM and TDM.

    La versión de Switch es la mejor que he jugado. A los que les preocupe la calidad gráfica yo les digo algo, no lo vas a notar… De nada.

    Obviamente si pones esta versión vs PC va a haber una evidente diferencia. Pero para mi cumple la acción con esa adrenalina desmedida que te da desbloquear una sala llena de demonios y notar que llevabas rato aguantando la respiración.

    Esto es Doom al 100% sin recortes y me tiene jugando.

    Imperdible, le doy 5 estrellas tanto al port como al juego en si.
