Kinda like a role playing board game where you work for or against each other as much as you desire trying to be the one with the most money at the end. Its competitive, its strategic, it can be mean, you can be nice, as you’re all trying to beat your opponents, the ones in the game and each other. It is designed that when you’re in last place you have an advantage. Its a long playing game where you and your people want to get together and play some more towrds finishing it. The 4 friends played all summer. I’m not sure if they finished yet, but they’re having lots of fun with it. The 10 year old is having a good time understanding it as well as all the others ages to adult. I’m just a bystander watching the players battle each other sorta pokemon style sorta dungeons and dragons sorta monopoly. A lot of laughs, a lot challenges and strategizing and giving each other advice and messing each other up. Sometimes too far, but they learn from that, too. Its a good game for a group of kids to get into for a season.

This is the board game that will show you who someone truly is. It’s more cutthroat than Monopoly. More destructive than Sorry. Shows more greed than even the hungriest of hippos. You will betray, backstab, and sabotage everyone you play with… and they will do the same to you. Not only will you and your friends do your best to destroy one another in this game, but the game itself seems to actively screw you over as well for good measure. It’s amazing.
Play story mode for best results, though it will take multiple sessions to get through. I think we finally managed to finish our first game of story mode at around the 65 hour mark. Don’t let the cutesy graphics fools you, this game is meant to make you hate each other.

Holy yeppers this is the same game. Very simple very fun board game. If you’ve never played it works best with people you live with because even a single proper game can take a very long time. But it has lovely surprises waiting for you over the course of the gameplay.

I like the game, but they censored it in silly ways. Such as not being able to change opponent names when there is a general word filter on it.
Plus it is on Steam now in case you don’t want to pay Nintendo for the privilege to play online.

This game is so sick. I love it. I think this game is a mash of Monopoly and Mario party, with rock paper scissors thrown in because. There are many jobs to choose, there are many weapons, and the EXCITEMENT that being a darkling brings to the game is intoxicating. I have so much fun turning to the dark side and absolutely crushing my friends. Please consider buying this game if you want to tighten up your friend circle, because this game makes you mad at one another, its amazing.
