   I really can’t give an honest review, so don’t take the three stars as meaning anything. If you can’t read Japanese, you probably should stay away from this game. I was thinking, “How hard could it be to figure out a horse racing game? It should be simple, right?” WRONG!! This game has a huge menu system and a tutorial that hits you with endless walls of text (all in Japanese of course). And unfortunately, as far as I can tell, you can’t participate in a race until you pass the tutorial. I have spent 10 hours experimenting, taking pictures of the screen and feeding it into text capture and translate and I haven’t figured out much of anything. The worst thing is, I can’t even tell what I’m doing wrong and what I still need to do to get past the tutorial. It’s unfortunately, because the trailers and the glimpses I’ve gotten of the game makes it look rather fun.

   I bought this to go with my new console. Having owned prior editions for other consoles, I can say it is true to the series. The game play is the same. The biggest issue is having to run everything through a translator so you don’t miss the plot and can answer occasional questions from NPCs. I use the Google translate app on picture mode. I would include a picture of controls I figured out. Was shipped quickly, however because it’s coming from Japan you will need to sign for it.

   G1ジョッキーの頃から買ってますが、チャンピオンジョッキーは馬の全能力（アビリティやレボリューション）の発揮すれば多少の能力差も覆せるところがなお良くなった点だと思います。

   コーエーテクモさんには、ぜひイクイノックスやドウデュースといった最新版を発売してほしいです！
