It took about 4 days to complete, with the first one the black smith shop is a gamble to buy upgrades for armor & weapons, but the second one is not. lots of good griding spots to level up, I found the cave you get the gold key the best to grid in for money, once you get the hang of attack & retreat, so you don’t get damage. I like the ability to zoom in & out with the map on the fist game, but was annoyed I could not do the same on the second. Over all I look forward to playing it again in 6 to 12 months. They are now selling all 3 cat quest on Nintendo Online as a download bundle game.

Cat Quest II has an excellent co-op one screen mode that is simply easy to drop-in and play. The art is terrifically hand drawn and the cat and dog puns are perfectly sprinkled throughout the game. This bundle includes both Cat Quest 1 (single player only) and Cat Quest 2 on one cartridge.

Ich war erst skeptisch, jedoch haben mich beide Spiele schnell überzeugt. Es ist unfassbar niedlich, es ist nicht zu einfach, aber auch nicht zu schwer. Nach dem ersten Vollenden der Spiele, kann man zusätzliche Herausforderungen auswählen (zum Beispiel, dass man keine Rüstung benutzen kann), um sich das Spielerlebnis schwieriger zu gestalten. Das erste kann man nur alleine spielen, beim zweiten hat man die Möglichkeit, mit jemand anderen lokal zu spielen. Es gibt viele Rüstungen, ein paar Zauber und die Steuerung ist leicht zu erlernen. Freue mich schon auf das dritte Spiel!!
