I paid 70 bucks and got a gun and digital game code. No physical game. I paid for the physical game cartridge and instead got a digital game download code. Only reason for the 3 stars is that I like hunting games. Thats it.

Im a enthusiast player of the Cabela’s series. I have played since the 2005 version on PC to various games on Wii (including dangerous hunts) , WiiU and the last one BIG HUNTER on PC. But this version of the game was disappointing, bad graphics (I don’t know the technical explanation, but looks really bad), bad sound, the motion control needs improvement (is not totally broken like ,”The Strike” fishing game). Is near like a unplayable game. The gun accessory is good, similar to others in past years. I wish than an update maybe solve most of the problems, but maybe that never going to happen.

This game is not very user friendly. I bought it for my son for Christmas and he is a pretty good gamer. He can’t get anywhere and put it away already. He said he doesn’t want to play it anymore.

My grandson saw this game at Bass Pro and played it for quite a while, then told Santa that’s what he wanted for Christmas. I found it on akiya-switch.com for less than BP wanted.

My 8 year old son loves this game. The graphics on the Nintendo Switch are amazing! He had to figure out how to do a few things, because there are no instructions (ie. run, squat, ride a quad, use the scope, etc), but kids are resourceful. Great game overall!
