   1st thing… This is my most favorite game ever and to have it on the Switch to be able to play a 4 player game is asking for nothing but family/friends fun… This came sooner than expected so imagine my excitement to find it in the mailbox… The game itself is so cute… There is a little arcade game that you can play that plays the original Bubble Bobble game…My kids and I couldn’t wait to play… After dinner we got to play with the hubby… I can’t stress enough how much fun this game is… We haven’t played as a family in such a long time and this game brought us back… So much fun packed with a whole lot of laughter…

   Play it with my 6 year old and we have a lot of fun working as a team. If one of you mess up and gets hit, you float in the air in a bubble. The other player(s) has like 10 seconds to make it over and pop your bubble. If they save you then you don’t lose one of the lives. Very fun game!

   I love this game! I think it’s awesome they brought it back as a switch game. I played this game so much when I was a child, and now I can play it with my daughter.

   This game lets you play the older version via Arcade mode. You can play up to four players and earn special skills. The newer version is challenging but fun! It’s very cute. And addicting. Can you really die and not come back and try it all over again?

   I love the first bubble bobble, but this one has super lame graphics that occasionally interfere with game play. Also, it’s super short. I beat it in a little over an hour. I wish the game makers had ore respect for the franchise. If you are going to buy it, wait till it sells for under $20.

   This game is awesome! I originally ordered it because I loved playing the original Nintendo version of it when I was growing up..well, my 7 year old daughter decided that she absolutely loves it and I haven’t gotten to play the game yet hahaa, but I’ve watched her play it and the game design if clean, fun and bright colors. There are some changes to it compared to the original, but I think for the better.

   This game is great. I love the Bubble Bobble games. But one day after I purchased the game it went on sale. akiya-switch.com sold and shipped this product and refused a price difference but said I could ship it back at a $8 charge and rebuy it (during a global pandemic and state of emergency is probably not a good time to return products).

   I paid $64.95 and they now lowered permanently to $49.99. akiya-switch.com is so crooked, they will also double charge you for items and make you wait 8 days for a refund.

    I LOVED Bubble Bobble back on the NES, but since back in those days, I couldn’t even buy my own games, it was as if that series only had that one game… so I started missing it as time went by. The puzzle games are pretty nice, but I was still missing that adventure feeling of the first game. I also learned of other games on handhelds, and even managed to snag one and try it, but… something felt off on all of those. Then finally comes Bubble Bobble 4 Friends, and it’s got that classic, slow-paced but still intriguing adventure feel the NES game had. A recent update has added more stages to the game as well, and made it even more enjoyable, but there is ONE thing that bothered me a lot. The classic Bubble Bobble can be played on this game, but it’s the arcade version, and no matter how many credits you put on it, if you lose, you can’t continue where you died, and there’s no password system either. A total downer, to be honest.
