My wife bought this game for me for Christmas. It arrived today, and it’s a physical game for Borderlands. Borderlands 2 & The Pre-Sequel are digital, and the digital code I was provided wasn’t valid.
I contacted Nintendo support, and they verified that the retailer (akiya-switch.com) provided me with an invalid download code, and I would need to contact akiya-switch.com to get this resolved.
I contacted akiya-switch.com, and spent over 90 minutes being tossed back and forth from team to team since nobody wanted to help me. After FINALLY getting someone who didn’t pass me off, I was informed that I needed to contact akiya-switch.com UK for assistance.
I contacted akiya-switch.com UK, and was informed that I would need to get a refund.
I am returning this terrible excuse for a project. I would not recommend buying this game from akiya-switch.com, buy it elsewhere.

Erst war ich unschlüssig ob ich dieses Spiel nehmen soll oder nicht, weil ich gelesen habe, dass es ziemlich ruckeln soll. Nachdem ich erstmal die Updates runtergeladen habe und die Daumen gedrückt habe, dass es gewiss durch Updates behoben wurde, hatte ich auch das Glück dass dem wohl so ist. Das spiel läuft bei mir einwandfrei 🙂
