Probably the best quality bluetooth adapter for Switch on akiya-switch.com, but it’s codecs didnt work well with my galaxy buds.
The audio delay was way to slow and it drains battery really qucik.

This plugs in and stays out of the way. Bluetooth works perfectly for 30ft distance. I realy like the charging pass through but recommend a right able USB C cable to go with it. Trugreen makes a decent low profile one that makes this work.
Edit: I was using this with bluetooth hearing aids and it was snap crackle poping. I always thought it was causedb by the barrier my body had to the bluetooth but this was not the case. I purchase A Bose Over the ear headset with advance bluetooth 5 and the snap crackle poping did not go away. The headset works on all the other BT transmitters I have so I have to think it is the adapter. If you read up on it; This is not an uncommon problem for older bluetooth transmitters but even really cheap adapters have firmware updates to fix it. I dropped my review due to no firmware update that would fix an otherwise good piece of equipment.
