Both controllers came beautifully packaged and were easy to set up, however, I was incredibly confused for a good while as when I hooked them up to my switch the top two C buttons didn’t work. After reviewing reviews on another seller (and even starting a refund process) I found out there are two different modes and in order for all buttons to function properly with a switch you have to switch into “All Star Mode”. Don’t be me, read the instructions fully.

They were great up until the grey one started being locked in stick drift up. Now we can’t use it. It started right after the return window so can’t get a replacement. Hopefully the seller sees this review and contacts me to fix the problem…

Wasn’t excited to get an aftermarket controller, but the quality has left me pleasantly surprised. The instructions to connect the controller to the Switch were simple and easy to follow, just be sure to disconnect any wired controllers. Setting up the controller for the Switch to make the C pad work was extremely simple and easy to follow. Came in a day early. Overall, pretty happy to get 2 controllers for what is normally the price of one.
