   Lo compré para jugar con mi hijo, para emulador de SNES me ha funcionado a la perfección, también con escasos juegos de PC antiguos por la limitante de no tener palancas, muy buena respuesta de los botones y muy buena sensación. Han pasado 6 meses desde la compra, juego de 4 a 5 horas a la semana con ellos y con mi hijo, en uno el botón Y ya no se siente como se presiona, pero ademásque se me ha caido 3 veces, es un botón que presiono miles de veces en cada juego arcade. La conexión y el cable siguen funcionando sin fallas, la cruceta no es lo mejor para juegos de pelea, esta si se siente de baja calidad.

   Recomendadísimo por el precio y dependiendo de los juegos que uno quiera correr.

   I am pretty disappointed with this purchase. The controllers I received are not exactly the same as the ones pictured. They’re very similar, but when I shopped around for controllers, I paid particular attention to the details in the pictures before I purchased. I have attached some pictures of my own to show the differences and I will list some obvious differences below. As for the quality, the direction pad is very loose and cheap-feeling. You do not get the same feel of precision as you do on an actual Super Nintendo controller. Sometimes it will register the wrong direction. I often accidentally switch menus in RetroPie because of this. Pretty much all of the buttons are loose and cheap. Everything just feels extremely thin and lightweight. You really don’t appreciate the quality of Nintendo controllers until you buy something like this. This seems like something you would buy with your tickets at Chuckee Cheese. Listen: I didn’t expect these to blow my mind, but it’s not unreasonable to expect them to be the same as the ones in the pictures and at least be worth the $18 or whatever I paid. Obvious Differences: 1) The controller in the manufacturer’s pictures appears to have a rough texture, while the one I received is almost glossy and showed scratches and plastic molding lines out of the box. 2) The manufacturer’s pictures do not have the notch under the A button like the ones I received. 3) The D-pad in the manufacturer’s pictures is textured, while mine is smooth. 4) The Start and Select buttons in one of the manufacturer’s pictures are textured, while mine are smooth rubber. The controllers work, so I am giving them 2 stars. UPDATE: I received a new set of controllers from the manufacturer and I am very impressed with the quality of the replacements. The replacements are the boxy-styled controllers available in this same page — not the same style as the controllers I originally purchased, but I believe the same price. These replacements really should be in a page of their own, because they are very high quality. They have a nice weight to them, they feel thick, and all of the buttons are tight and accurate-feeling. I originally purchased the SNES-shaped controllers because they’re the familiar Nintendo shape. Although these boxy-styled controllers are a unique style, they’re a nicer product in every possible way. They have changed the entire feel of my Retro Pie setup. I highly recommend you buy the boxy ones over the cheap SNES-shaped version. I’m not sure how to handle my original 2-star rating since this sales page has two completely different items on it. I will leave it as is for now.

   Best retro controller I’ve ever used. These feel like I remember a SNES controller feeling, right down to the button push feel. Had an issue with one controller on my first order, the mfg quickly sent me another pack when I explained what was wrong with the first. (the dpad only registered left and up)… just a wiring/pcb issue I’m sure, but they took care of it quickly and to my satisfaction!

   I got these so I could play emulated Pokémon games on my computer. They plug into usb and work, but I had to go into the emulator and bind all of the buttons, you may have to as well. The cord is long enough to plug in and play at my desk, but if I set the controller down on the desk, it tends to want to fall off of the desk. I believe this is because of the way that the cord is bent to keep it compact, but it isn’t that big of a deal to me. There are some things I noticed, in both controllers some times when I am pressing the movement buttons, it will get confused and not move in the right direction. For example if I move to the left, it will move to the left, but if I switch to moving down, it might move me down, or it might just stop my character to think for a moment. Sometimes it would not register a button press, but maybe I was pressing too lightly. These issues were worse in one controller than the other. Uncomfortable but that’s just how controllers of the time were designed so nothing negative there. They work well if you’re just playing games for fun and don’t care about small issues, a good value for 2 controllers.
