   Functionality is great – the range is awesome, sound quality is great, and the mic is good. The problem comes in the physical design of the headset. The spot right above the earpiece where it connects to the head-strap is not strong enough and WILL eventually snap through normal use. I originally bought this headset and used it happily until it snapped about 2 years in. I was able to glue it (sloppily) back into place and it still worked – but it never fit very well after that. So, I bought another one, thinking it was just because I hadn’t treated it well over the years. But now I’m reaching the same 2-year~ mark with this new one and the same break has occurred in the exact same spot, even with careful handling. It seems like there’s just something wrong with the design, like it’s being pressed against itself in a weird way when it’s actually on your head. I won’t be buying a 3rd one.

   I had my headset for about 9 months and it worked perfectly. The battery lasts a long time and the Bluetooth is straightforward to connect and the convenience of being able to use the same headset across multiple devices at the same time was amazing. However, earlier this month I had a small accident resulting in a small crack on the right side of my headset. No big deal, I applied glue and let it dry and it was perfectly fine for a few days. Then the crack grew and no matter how much glue or tape was used to hold it together, it continued to split further until the entire right side was dangling by wires. I’ve taken great care of the headset up until now, and for it to fall apart in mere days was very upsetting. I recommend buying the three-year protection plan with the headset and to avoid bumping into walls. Once a crack starts it doesn’t seem to stop.

   I like to have bass, hear explosions, hear footsteps, and have clear, overall sound clarity. Great buy. Below is my feedback. I’ve done my research and per reviews on forums, I do agree with pros and cons: —-cons: Turtlebeach does make it a pain to initialize /update and it can’t be done on Apple Products. Adjusting the eq should be done simply via smartphone and not hardwire the headset to a laptop/pc; just use Bluetooth on smartphones for Pete’s sake. (See attached screenshot) That was an unnecessary headache which could have been avoided by using a smartphone/Bluetooth. Additionally, the Firmware can only be updated via computer not smartphones. (See attached photo #1) ______________ I have a big head and stopped using them because I have snapped a few pairs of Turtle Beaches due to flimsy, cheaply made products, but now they finally make a headset with a stronger band. It’s still a snug fit even at the largest setting for us larger headed individuals. (My baseball hats are adjusted to the last/largest adjustment position to fit comfortably) ______________ Pros: The separate volume controls on these are what every manufacturer needs to follow and the main reason why I purchased another headset for gaming. Seriously. Flipping the microphone up to mute is a no-brainer, and do it without having to fidget with them by removing the headsets or rubbing my fingers over the controls and having to readjust them, just to quickly toggle between un/mute. Music sound is good and controlled via downloadable app on my smartphone called, Audio Hub, even while in use. (See attached photo #2) I can hear cheers in the background for songs recorded at live concerts, has a respectable range from lows to highs, and now I can listen to music while I game, which is the main reason why I elected to purchase these in addition to my others. I would definitely purchase more items from this seller and use Turtle Beaches for listening to music while gaming.

   Le cuffie sono strutturalmente ottime, resistenti e si comportano bene anche contro gli urti.

   Sono ergonomiche e comode da indossare anche dopo tante ore non appesantiscono la testa. I padiglioni purtroppo sono un po’ piccoli ma questo aspetto non è troppo fastidioso. Il cerchietto superiore è allargabile in entrambe i lati ed è ottimo anche per chi ha la testa molto grande.

   Il microfono non è molto grande e si attiva semplicemente abbassandolo. L’aspetto della grandezza non influisce sul suo funzionamento anzi impedisce il fastidioso effetto vento che si avrebbe con un microfono davanti alla bocca.

   L’esperienza audio è interessante, gli alti e bassi sono pre settati in maniera ottimale e soprattutto per giochi d’azione l’esperienza di gioco è favolosa. Sembra quasi di stare dentro al gioco.

   This sucker is amazing!!! Not only do I hear EVERYTHING it’s tough… I literally couldn’t take one more criticism from my boyfriend and I ripped off my headset during Atlas Fallen and beat the daylights out of the couch with it… plastic did crack but wire never did. The thrashing this headset took is seriously impressive. Definitely worth it… can hear directionally so no one ever can sneak up. If u game gotta get this!!!

   I was looking for a wireless headset with microphone and bought regular one. It hurt my ears even without my glasses. I decided to go with gaming headsets. I’ve tried a few of them both wired and wireless [brands like X!beri@] and had some defect including the mic. After further review, I took my chance on the 600 G2. I decided to go with the 600 G2 because I mainly will be using it for meetings and online conferences. What drew me to these were the comfort, features and lightness in weight, good sound and ease of use in windows 10 to automatically adopt the headset through plug and play. 1. The headset is comfortable even with glasses on. However, I’ve decided to buy the memory foam ones from wicked cushions. The ones on the 700 G2 is what I would prefer but I don’t want the bluetooth plus the way the memory foam may easily come out because of how it’s installed. I’ve see a few videos of the weakness and I am a bit rough on headphones. The OEM pads a good but the ones from WC feels plush and pillow soff on your ears. 2. The weight, feel and look is very gorgeous. It does feel very premium. 3. The headphones are very clear and crisp. Listening to meetings and audio podcasts are a joy. The placement of the volume and mic dials and the subtle recess/protrusion of the power/sound modes buttons are right where they are supposed to be and the operation seems natural using your left hand. For audiophiles, this is definitely not what you want to use to listen to music. I have the Sony 1000XM3 headphones for reference and these headphones are good (audiophiles = OK…….decent enough) for listening to casual music without going through the hassle of switching to another headphone. Subjectively, I’d say that the headset is about 50% comparable to my Sony headphones but they good with just enough bass and clarity to not let you pass an hour before your next online meeting. And yes, I love bass (minimal) and it’s does have some oomph using the sound modes that you can pretty much use without switching to a high end one for what it is worth. Don’t expect an audiophile sound with these for listening to pure music. 4. Without reading the user manual, connecting this to a windows 10 pc was plug and play. With the headset on, plug in the wireless transceiver, the computer recognizes and install all the drivers needed and that’s it. It defaults the the wireless headset and I had to change it since that was not the preference I wanted. 5. Another thing that really drew me to buy this headset is the mic and how it’s integrated into the headset. Up/folded in = off, midway=mute and down=fully on. You also hear the different tones for the different mic positions. The sound modes, volume and mic controls are also integrated nicely as well and it also looks completely sturdy and cool and I really like it. 6. While it is made in China (like everything else), it has excellent support in ENGLISH. I downloaded the Turtle Beach software and mine said it was up to date on the software. 7. These operate more like in transparency mode when you talk (mic on). When the mic is off, it appears to block out some of the external noise. This headset, particularly the mic does not appear to have external noise reduction so keep that in mind. I use Teams for meetings which have a noise suppression built in so this headset works for me.
