   A few years ago I sold one pair of the first Split Pad generation because I didn’t play too much with them. I wasn’t looking for a new pair of these controllers, but I couldn’t resist to the Eeveelutions design. They look gorgeous! I’m happy with my purchase and I think I’ll use more my regular Switch thanks to these controllers.
   

2. HORI Split Pad Attachment Sets Verified Buyer – 1 December 2024

   As soon as I knew these were going to be released I wanted them so bad! Luckily, I saw they were available on akiya-switch.com and got them immediately! They are awesome! I love eevee and it’s evolutions. The controllers are fully functional, all the buttons work, the controllers are comfortable in my hands and they feel WAY better than the original joycons that come with the nintendo Switch. These are actually the second pair of Hori split pad compact controllers that I own (my first ones were the Gengar ones) and I will probably keep buying these Hori split pad compact controllers if they keep releasing them with new colors/patterns. (oh and I guess I should mention the little connector thingy that lets you connect the controllers to each other and directly to the Switch dock so you can use them detached from the Switch. I have only used it once, I am not a fan of it, but it does work and there are no problems with it, I just prefer to use the controllers attached to the Switch in handheld mode.)
