I would have loved it more if I didn’t have to create a new Nintendo account because when i opened up the game it asked me enter a password that i dont remember but my mom was the one who created the password and of course she doesn’t remember putting it in her phone

Let me preface this by saying that I am not an experienced console gamer. That said, Hogwarts Legacy was a thoroughly immersive and delightful game with a captivating and unique story. My wife and I bought it for the Switch and have been completely satisfied with the game play. Does it look better on my son’s PS5? Of course! However, it works perfectly well on the Switch and I will happily play it through again!

The physical version requires significant download space (~8GB) which means it can’t be played out of the box & requires a lot of digital space to even be played. i.e. they cheaped out & purchased 8GB cartriges instead of 16GB ones.
It’s short-sighted & penny-pinching, and we as customers should stop buying their releases that do this. a) it can’t be played out of the box, & b) when the nintendo eshop eventually closes down for switch games (& it definitely will eventually, as all have for dated systems) you won’t be able to play this game at all.
My kids enjoy playing my old gameboy games & I’d like to think their kids could have fun with their switch. They won’t be able to enjoy switch WB games though, because WB is too cheap to buy the appropriately sized cartridge (16GB)…
